updated covid vaccines things will be better. if not there is more concern and risk out there. >> after thanksgiving, we saw that huge spike in hospitalizations from the flu. so it's not just covid. it's the flew, it's rsv, which we know has been overwhelming children's hospitals. what's the biggest threat right now? >> yeah, all three of those viruses continue to be a challenge. the good news is rsv does look like it is turning down and in the last couple of weeks we've seen evidence that rsv numbers are coming down but there is still a lot of flu and then covid-19 numbers are rising pretty significantly over the last couple of weeks and so all of them remain a challenge and the good news again is we've got terrific vaccines against both flu and covid so we can do a lot here. we are not helpless. this is not a cause for concern and to me it's a cause for action. if people take action and get themselves imlogically up to date with vaccines it will make a tremendous difference. >> only 14% of the eligible
