More than 30 inches of rain from this storm in parts of the coast and that rain is moving inland in fayetteville, there are real concerns what could happen in the next couple days. People who live along the river, not a great deal of alarm from what we could see. A number of houses were sandbagging and moving their more valuable possessions up to higher flights but not evacuating despite the fact that a mandatory Evacuation Order is in effect.
