A half years, there they were, now Robert Mueller, the golden goose. According to them, he was going to swoop in and prove their insane g russian lies, conspiray theories, once and for all. And that donald trump is going ha be washed up and impeached and run out of town. Well, as a matter of fact, im watching the media today, and they were just about more depressed than they were at Election Night 2016. T all week, they were hyping up muellers testimony. Just this weekend, you had two of the biggest liars in the United States congress, there they were, chairman nadler, and the cowardly adam schiff. Predicting muellers remarks would prove the president s guilt as an unindicteddi coconspirator, responsible for high crimes and misdemeanors. Well, its safe to say that never happened, and per usual, the two biggest liars in congress were caught lying again. Robert muellers testimony, well, the only way to put it, it was an unmitigated disaster. It was ugly. Here is just a small sample of what went down. We have a busy show, a small sample. Mr. Mueller, who wrote the a nine minute comments you read at your may 29th press conference . Im not going to get into that. Okay, so thats what i ntthought. You didnt write it. Can you give me an example other than donald trump where the Justice Department concluded that an investigated person was not exonerated . I cannot, because this is unique. Time is short. Ive got 5 minutes. Lets just leave it at you cant find it, because ill tell you why. It doesnt exist. You can charge 13 russians that no one has ever heard of, no one has ever seen, no ones ever going to hear of them, no ones ever going to see them, you can charge them, you can charge all kinds of people who are around the president with false statements, but the guy who launches everything, the guy who putss this whole story in motion, you cant charge him. I think thats amazing. Im not certain that i agree with your characterizations. Im reading from your report. Only 1 of 2 things as possible. Either steele made this whole thing up and they were never any russians telling him of its vast criminal conspiracy that you did not find, or russians lied to steele. Now russians were lying to steele to undermine our confidence in our duly elected president. That would seem to be precisely your preview, because you stated that in your opening, the organizing principle was to fully and thoroughly investigate russias interference, but you werent interested in whether or not the russians were interfering in christopher steele, and a steele was lying, then you should have charged him with lying, like you charged a lot of other people. But you say nothing about this in your report. Sean great point, jordan, great point, matt gaetz. These guys were amazing today. Not a good day at offer Robert Mueller, the lawyers in the media mob, the conspiracy theorists, there was pushing the hoax in congress, and the media. As a matter of fact, even the worst day for democrats. They use a mueller is a big pond and what was a disgusting politicall game. Theyas came up empty, but dangerously close to literally creating damage that would probably be unfixable. Byron york writing that mueller is confused and dazed and it raises questions about handling of the investigation. Obamas former chief strategist, david axelrod, said, this is very, very painful. The Conspiracy Theory is over there at braswell maddows ms dnc, they even called the hearing boring, confused, then admitted, even chuckie todd admitted it was a disaster. Wellknown schumpeter Lawrence Todd also called the hearing a disaster. Cue the violence, because the witch hunt is dead. The media mob is in morning. This is probably the most depressed since theyve been since Election Night 2016 when they got those exit polls. By 15 showed, oh, my gosh, donald trump did not win a single state. They started their coverage at 6 00, they were happy, gleeful, giddy, excited, they could not believe it, and then the night unfolded and reality caught up. Kind of like today. Take a look. There were times in the hearing when he was sharp as a tack. N but we cant avoid the fact that there were times in the hearing that he was not. Today, he was a witness. And he frankly wasnt a really good witness. They needed to bring the report to life. There you go. Well, it didnt come to life. Its still slumbering. In fact, it is in deep sleep. He was the fbi director when i worked for george w. Bush. To be honest, this is not the Robert Mueller ine know. Robert mueller is not a made for tv guide, and we live in a madefortv society. If you are looking for a madefortv type of character, mueller was not it. You do not have that viral movie trailer moment. We talked about folks per preferring movies to books, occasionally the books are better than movies. In this case, the book was better than the movie. Allowed democrats in particular used the d word. Branded this an disaster. On objects, this was a disaster. You look whos winning now. It certainly seems like donald trump is winning. Ho sean they are sad, they are in morning, because it muellers testimony put a steak right through the heart of their allies, their impeachment dream dreams. Impeachment, well, now its political suicide because its finished, its over. While the media, of course, the mob is in morning, President Trump, well, he was rightfully optimistic but think about this. This president has lived with this almost since the time he came down that escalator with his wife, melania, and it has gotten worse and worse, every s second, minute, hour, i have every day. But in spite of that, look at the success. Look at the trade deals. Look at the deregulation. Record low unemployment. Cc the best Employment Situation since 1969. Isnt that great for the American People . Record low unemployment for africanamericans, hispanicamericans, women in the workplace. Youth unemployment. E i know if you watch other networks, you probably have never heard these statistics. In spite of this hanging over his head, the daily, incessant, nonstop pressure, heat that this president took, he still got the job done. Watch this. I think everybody understands whats going on. There was no defense to this ridiculousou hoax. This witch hunt that has been going on for a long time. This was a very big day for our country. This was a very big day for the republican party, and you could say it was a great day for me, but i dont even like to say that. Its great. The democrats had nothing. And now they have less than nothing. And i think they are going to lose the 2020 election very big, including congressional seats, because of the path that they chose. Sean for years on this program, and i want to say a very big thank you to the Ensemble Team that we have, i cant mention everybody. I wont even begin to. You know the people that weve had on. And weve been in the forefront of one peeling one layer of the onion after another after another after another. Its been arduous, its been shoe leather reporting, the way it should be done. And we were in the minority, as others perpetrated the longing, the p hoax, the collusion, the conspiracy theories. And we told you from the beginning that the president was burdened with an unjust, biased witch hunt. We told you that todays hearing was nothing more than a political stunt, a hail mary, lastditch effort to keep the democrats fake, phony narrative alive. We also told you that muellers testimony would likely backfire on the democrats, and as it turns out, we were right all along. W now part two office, as, well, the attorney general barr has stated, of course we have john durham, the Inspector General, we have the attorney general of the United States taking full on that he will get to the bottom of all this. A rigged investigation, a dirty dossier with russian lies, a real russia influenced a story, which, by the way, it seems, and mueller even acknowledge today, looks like the russians, without phony dossier, were trying to hurt President Trump the entire time, even the New York Times recognizing that that russian dossier was likely russian disinformation from the getgo. It only took them to one half years to catch up. That is sad. This country became painfully close thats great, democratic republic, the greatestre country god gave man we camee dangerously close to allowing a few people, reckless, lawless people, to spread lies, conspiracies, and a hoax, and successfully trying to undo the will of the American People. First trying to prevent they favored candidate from being indicted, they were successful in trying to prevent donald trump from ever winning and after he won, they had their insurance policy. Tonight, that insurance policy has been played out before the world to see and is now officially over. Joining us now with a full report from our nations swamp capitol hill senior producer, i keep saying that his hitchhikers guide to everything got to be mandatory read forth kids in school, chad pergram is with us. Big day today. Big day today, sean. Democrats say the hearing with Robert Mueller wasnt the end but the beginning, in fact, one democrat even suggested that committees could hold other hearings during the august recess, that is due to start on friday. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi promises additional lawsuits and hearings. Tomorrow the House Oversight committee, perhaps a contempt of Congress Citation for kellyanne conway. What Everyone Wants to know, did todays hearing move the meter on impeachment . Ive tried to get clarity from the speaker of the house. Listene. That information that will be the telltale sign about whether or not we have several considerations, what information. This is not endless. This is not endless. Speaker pelosi wants democrats to have the strongest possible hand if they pursue impeachment. I also spoke with Democratic Texas congressman al green. The house blocked as impeachment effort last week. Now he conceded that there was not a wow moment in the mueller hearing but he said that public sentiment would change if they started and impeachment inquiry. Once or said to me, sean, that is like saying you have to pass a Health Care Bill for us to know whats in it. Sean chad, great reporting, thank you for your report from washington. One of the most confusing moments, again this is now the sixth time this is happened it happened earlier today at the hearing, its a round of the topic of obstruction. Remember, Robert Mueller,no he agreed withag bill barr, told bill barr, told Rod Rosenstein and others that legal guidance about charging a sitting president , and other words, whether or not department of justice policies prevented him from considering literally charging a president of United States, a sitting president , our constitutional considerations, he said no from the beginning. By the way, from the office of legal counsel, well, it was not taken into account when making his initial decision not to charge the president. Instead, he cited insufficient accidents, no underlying crime. During a rambling nine minute presser, inmate, which probably is more understandable today, ht contradicted himself. He said the exact opposite. A few hours later, i think the attorney general barr graciously threw him a lifeline, it was a joint statement, the special counsels office, the ags office, they corrected what barr said and that nine and half minute press conference. But then again today, mueller contradicted the opinion again, another flipflop. That is now is he confused . Are you confused . Youre not alone. On moments after he made the mistake, he went to the cowardly adam schiffs committee and corrected that mistake again. Pretty much a disaster. Watch. I would like to ask you, the reason again that you did not indict donald trump is because of olc opinion stating that you could not indict a sitting president , correct . Speaker that is correct. I want to add one correction to my testimony this morning. I want to go back to one thing that was said this morning by mr. Liu, you did not charge a president because of the olc opinion. That is not the correct way to say it. As we say in the report and as i said at the opening, we did not reach a determination as to whether the president committed a crime. Sean if you are dizzy and having a hard time following the bouncing ball, its understandable. Thats a key detail. Joining us in overreaction, the attorney for the president , jay sekulow. By the way, full disclosure, sadly, he has a much lower ranking client on his list of clients, that iss me. Along with attorney for the president , rudy giuliani, who also, i would hire in a heartbeat, and its amazing. I want to publicly applaud both of you, the job that you and very serious here. And rudy, youve you guysnt complement each other. Rudy is a little bit of, well, rudy i dont represent you. [laughter] sean why would you . I do pay on time. Jay would verify that. He does. Ng sean mr. Mayor, i remember your press conferences as mayor. We go back many, many years. Weve been friends for many, many years and you have no problem throwing down with anybody. Jay, a little bit more behindthescenes, but together, you complemented each other. A little more dramatic, too. Sean probably. A great lawyer, a great, great lawyer. Sean the both of you are. Hes the guy in it, john dowd will tell you this, hes the guy that was in this from day one. Its not quite over yet. That hand is going to come up again one or two times. Well have to push it down. The body was buried today. Sean is funny, you were donald trump before donald trump when you did press conferences as mayor. Please, dont get me in trouble. No one is donald trump. Sean that is true. I want to talk about this is a very serious aspect to all of this and that is, our Constitutional Republic came dangerously close to a few powerful people c abusing power and literally attempting to influence an election. We had a russian dossier used to influence an election, a media that ignored and politicians that ignored the real russian influence, and they went after this president with lies and conspiracies. They came dangerously close. This was certainly an attempted coup, mr. Mayor, in my view. You could call it that. I would have probably resisted that a year, year and a half ago, you were telling me that a year, year and half ago, and how they got involved, i did not realize how bad it d was. And muellers performance is really an indication also of the fact that there is no case, there never was a case. Peter strzok said it best. Two years ago, there is no there there. So how come we had an investigation if there is no there there . Unless they were people, for criminal reasons, meaning to oust him from office or prevent him from being president , that were pushing it. When mueller said today, it was beyond his purview to investigate the people who were trying to prevent drum from being elected and were trying te take them out of office, i thought he was appointed to investigate interference with the 2016 election. He said beyond his purview 16 times. I counted them. The onlyd thing in his purview was framing President Trump. That was it. Not a page, not hillary, who paid 1. 1 million to russians, ad ukrainians, they are not foreigners . That is not a crime . A big one . Bob muellers biggest problem was today, and my view, defending the interests of all. That report, i said it many times, it is nothing that you can defend because it is in calm principle. First of all, the exoneration language. Prosecutors dont impress or exonerate. The Legal Standard is not exoneration. If you are found guilty or not guilty, and if we have the authority if we thought we could exonerate him, we would do so. He never had that authority in the first place. I think that is where he got in trouble. And it was interesting to me that these statements about, bob mueller says we cant exonerate the president , bob miller could himself as a special counsel, he cant exonerate. This is absurd. And then the theory of obstruction, obstruction by tweet . St i think the most telling thing today was one former special counsel mueller how to go before the committee, after answering ted lieus question incorrectly, as if they did not know that question was coming, and had to go andue corrected, and said, we never made a determination regarding culpability of a legal violation here. Never made that determination, and if you read his letter, and his report, he says it presented difficult questions of law and fact. You know what happens, sean, would you have difficult questions of law and fact . You dont bring the case. Guess what, they did not. Was the president exonerated . Absolutely. Sean as whole legal concept of, welcome exoneration is ridiculous. Not a Legal Standard there is no liability can but that is what it is. Sean youre right. You either indict if you have the goods, you dont and id come you dont say anything either. Beyond the correction, how is it possible that he did not know who fusion gps was . How is it possible dash go ahead. Is pathetic. He did not know what fusion gpso was because he never investigated the alternative theories of culpability, which c prosecutor is ethically bound to do if he is an ethical prosecutor. Now bob is an ethical prosecutor. But the guy was not in charge. Jay is too nice to say this. We went to one meeting together with bob mueller and a year and a half. He did not know he could not indict the president , it took two days to get him to say that. He was not in charge. As painfully obvious. There was committees, they fought with each other, they all hated the president , they all loved Hillary Clinton. When he says he didnt know who hehe was hiring he doesnt lk at resumes . He doesnt have fbi background checks . He doesnt realizet he hired te council to the Clinton Foundation . Sean stop right there mr. Mayor, he did not know that jeannie rhee had been the lawyer for clinton. He did not know what fusion gps is. He did not want to know about what happened on both sides of the trump tower meeting that everybody made a big deal of, where the russian lady actually met with fusion gps twice. He did not wantio to know about the dirty dossier how is that . Its incomprehensible, like the report. So heres what you had, this is what became clear today. Bob mueller, the Mueller Report, was not authored by bob mueller, the investigation was not run by bob mueller, it was run by these deputies, and the fact of the matter is, this is what rudy and i know this, and her colleagues, we know this, they did not abide by the socalled olc opinion, as rudy just said. Untiler the summer of last year, so this nonsense that they knew from the beginning that is why he had to correct it because it wasnt true. So whether it was intentional or unintentional, irrelevant. You cant defend the indefensible. Sean would this be a fair characterization . We now found out last week that all the hiring was done by Andrew Weissmann, who has a history of prosecutorial misconduct, withholding exculpatory evidence, we can all read mr. Mayor, we can read the grade book by sidney powell, license july we kind of memorized it. Sean tens thousands of americans lost their job, four people to jail, he was in charge of everything. Heres my point. Hes the biggest, most corrupt prosecutor he could have with the most abusively biased, onesided democratic team, and he still had no goods and he convinced mueller not to look at the dirty dossier and he knew, because he was very close to strzok he was involved in this in 2016, as john solomon has uncovered. So he had a real, vested interest in this, way beyond what is healthy for a prosecutor. Now bob mueller has some kind of a weird attachment to him, which i cant quite figure out because it q mueller, hes never been an unethical prosecutor. This guy is a textbook on ethical prosecutor, and we are going to add the chapters to that. I mean, offering a ukrainian oligarch freedom if he says what you want to say . Sean two weeks the ukrainian oligarch has more honor thann you do and say, i wont lie to you. So does Paul Manafort, so does jerome corsi come and about five other people. This guy was pretty close. That is a serious, serious crime, and that has got to be fullyas investigated, and if he did f it come hes got to be prosecuted. Sean this prosecutorial task act of offering a get out of jail free card if you tell us what you want to hear, this has got to stop because it is there anything of greater value than your freedom . You dont tell people i get out of jail card, if you tell someone their version and it works. You got to have evidence. Like Alan Dershowitz said, you can sing but you cant compose. Heres the last part of this. Heres the story. The democrats lost, the president and the country won, and the case is closed. There is nothing left. Sean jay, i have a followup. How important isav it, though, because we did have a russian dossier, it was paid for, it was used to influence the voters in 2016, and it was used as the basis of a fisa application and we now know it was unverifiable, and guys like him, and others signed it, and by the way the new volume starts now. The investigation of the investigator starts now. Its much more serious than the phony allegation. I will guarantee you, sean, theree are real crimes, like i used to prosecute, real months, and they could be really big. Im not sure how high they go but they go pretty darn high, and it better be investigated so it doesnt happen again. It will be investigated. Well find out. I believe it will be. Sean i want to say to both of you this is important to know this was a very hard job that both of you had. This was you had the entire media Industrial Complex spreading lies and conspiracies. You had the counter of that. You had democrats spreading lies and conspiracies. You had more misinformation then i think ive ever seen in my life, and i think this is an important moment for this Great Republic that we have, and had thisen gone the other way, this would have destroyed the greatest country god gave man. It is that serious and its that deep, the corruption, abuse of power. Our honor to do this. Sean thank you. Muellers confusing, contradictory testimony about obstruction, that was not the only glaring inconsistency from the hearing. In fact, there were many puzzling moments, many are now wondering what role, if any, Robert Mueller played in the special counsels investigation. Here with more reaction to todays hearing is the man you just saw, he is the Ranking Member of the house judiciary committee, congressman doug collins. You know, i really was not worried about you and devin nunes and jim jordan and matt gaetz and ratliff, i kind of felt confident and you guys. I was worried about some of the other republicans. I will tell you, i was impressed with everybody. I think you i all did a great j, you in particular, sir. Thank you, sir. We actually worked on this, this was a big hearing, we knew it was, an important moment for the country, we believe in our country, we believe in freedom, we believe in what we did, and that is pointing out the truth and inconsistencies, and that is what people needed to see today. Sean tell us your big takeaways from today, congressman. I got to single you out for special praise, because we were able to see and learn so much about this case that we had not previously known because you singlehandedly release the closed door testimony. We gotos to see your work and jim jordans work and mark meadows work on devin nunes work and ratliffs work and boy, you guys come behind the scenes, no one was looking, no credit was given, wow. You laid the foundation for all of this happening today, and i know because i read those closeddoor testimony hearings, and they were blockbuster. They were great. I think the take away today is pretty simple. Number one, what we started out with. Weve shown that collusion and conspiracy were the same thing. Mueller debunked it all. No other democrats and say, i think collusion adam schiff or just lie. We can do that anymore. Mueller but that you complete rest. The second thing is, when the democrats did their tricks and their power point and said he was the obstruction, he looked at them and said, i dont subscribe to your theory. That is blown. Then the third think and what i think is important, which says something next level, if he refused to talk about things actually in his report, like the dossier, like the interviews of other people, while we know that he would not talk about it, we do know that we were looking at the Inspector General horowitz and mr. Durham. That is why the next level is all part and because the rest is put to rest, no obstruction, definitely no collusion, no conspiracy, which started us off, and i we can get to what weve been talking about all along, what youve been championing as well. Sean as we set, the court and has gone down, act one is over. Its dead and buried. But we better get this right. It really was russian interference, except it was bought and paid for, and we had people in the highest ranks of our h government appears abuse their power and an attempt to break a president ial election and take down a duly elected president. Congressman collins, we will not stop until they are held accountable. Thank you, sir. I can guarantee that probably all of you that watched this program, you are familiar with fusion gps. Remember, weve been reporting basic facts, Hillary Clinton, the dnc, they funneled money through a law firm called perkins coie. By the way, in and of itself, they were trying to make it out to be a legal expense. It wasnt because they went to fusion gps, which is an Oppo Research firm, and fusion gps that hired a foreign national, i thought foreign nationals werent supposed to impact our elections. Hes a former mi6 by, you know his name, christopher steele, who, by the way, when push came to shove in the interrogatory in great britain, he could not confirm his own dossier, the one that was used to get warrants to spy on the Trump Campaign, trump transition, and, yes, the trump residency presidency. Fusion gps hires steele to create the dossier felt unverifiable russian lies. Hillary paid for it. The dnc paid for it, the fbi helped pay for it, and in oligarch help pay for it. Amazing work, if you can get four people to pay for the same lies. Fusion gps is at the verys, cenr of the dojs ongoing real investigation into fisa abuse, which now appears to be premeditated fisa fraud committed against fisa judges i would love to hear from them for the purpose of spying on president ial campaign, transition team, and president. In other words, also will bring us to the origins of muellers witch hunt. According to multiple reports tonight, the contents of that dossier, very well could be a key part of russias campaign to interfere with our election. In other words, even the New York Times now recognized that it was russian dirt from the getgo, designed to impact the whole it dossier that hillary paid for was russian disinformation, w kely from the beginning, the New York Times said. During the hearing, this is amazing. Robert mueller did not seem to know what fusion gps is. He also did not know that Ronald Reagan had made an appointment for him. He also did not know that one of hillarys attorneys was on the team. With more, shes done a phenomenal work herself, take the bow, Catherine Herridge, and our Washington Bureau tonight, and you deserve props. They were not many people in every News Division in america that did the digging at the hard work you did. I want to tell people how i know you worked so hard because it always turned out, every one of my sources said, oh, i just spoke to catherine. Oh, ive talked to catherine yesterday. Oh, Catherine Herridge has been asking me the same questions. [laughs] sean you did it on your own, you werent getting the information for me but you were working really hard and you should be proud of youre hardd work because you were standing alone looking for truth. I applaud you for it. Im sure you would agree, ive always believed that the effects of a power all their owe and they can speak for themselves. In the meantime, right out of the gate, Robert Muellers team took out the republicans ambition saying he would not address the origin of the fbi russia probe in 2016, so congressman devin nunes got key details on the table by reading it into the congressional record that the fbi probe began with a tip from a foreign politician, not an official intelligence product, from the socalled five rs. The Intelligence Network that includes the u. S. , canada, australia, new zealand, and the u. K. The only republican pressed mueller on a perceived double standard. Multiple trump team members including former Campaign ChairmanPaul Manafort were prosecuted but the mysterious professor, Joseph Misfud, who planted the russiaclinton email story, apparently lied to the fbi with no consequences. Recharge Paul Manafort for fall statements Company ChargeMichael Cohen with all statements, he charged michael flynn, a threestar general model do general the false statements but the guy who puts this country through the whole saga, for three years, he lies, and you guys dont charge him. Im curious as to why. I cant get into it. Its obvious we cannot get into charting decisions. You were right to spot the former special counsel was not for him on the earth fusion gps, the firm behind the democratfunded dossier, and of course that matters because it was used to secure surveillance warrants and multiple renewals. When you talk about the firm that produced the steele reporting, the name of the firm that produced that was fusion gps. Is that correct . Im not familiar with that. Let me help you. Its not a trick question. It was fusion gps. My intelligence contacts report that its a standard for the russians or any Foreign Intelligence Service to collect information about both campaigns, so investigating the source of the dossier is like counterintelligence 101, and a major gap and the Mueller Report, sean prayed sean great reporting, Catherine Herridge. You should take about tonight. You are ahead of the curve, so many of your colleagues a News Divisions failed. With more reaction, rankingne member of the house intel committee, i want to just say something, this would not have happened without you, devin nunes, jim jordan, congressman matt gaetz, i was before congressman mark meadows. Thank you all. I will get your general impressions. Where do we go from here . There really was a whole other story that i am shocked Robert Mueller apparently knew nothing about. Devin nunes . If you go through and you look at all the questions that the House Intelligence Committee members asked, of course there was no collusion, of course there is no obstruction, doug collins, judiciary committee, jim jordan did a great job with that. But what we asked were very specific questions about the origin of the investigation, the steele dossier, all theec things that youveee been covering for years, and i think we were a little taken aback that not only would mr. Mueller not answer, he seemed to not know at times the basic questions. Sean im going to tell you something, hes either not watching the show or he is not remembering it. Because you are right not only that, he must not have read any of the documentation about how this investigation began. To not know or want to talk about Joseph Misfud it was really baffling to me. Sean you know, jim jordan, probably, youd be a very good talk show host because you have an ability to list things that i envy. Im pretty good of my lists. So im a little but i watched her today and you really hit some very important nerves here, and i want you to explain to people the significance of where you went. The guy who started it all wide three times to the fbi on february 10th, 2017, and they dont charge them with anything, they dont find him and get a second interview, but anyone associated with the Trump Campaign who gave a false statement gets charged with a crime at 13 russians no ones ever heard of good strides with a crime. The guy who puts it all in motion, you dont do a darn thing. That, to me, all this today in my mind underscore something that you been talking about, all of it underscored with the investigation, bill barr, john durham, and Michael Horowitz investigation, are so darn important, because those go to the heart of this, when it all started in 2016. Sean matt gaetz, i thought you had a great line of questioning yourself today. But what we are really learning is,ur if buck for the freedom caucus, and a very few that decided to inform themselves uncapped digging and digging and digging and doing hard work behind the scenes, in these closeddoor interviews, you, mark, devin, jim, we would not be here today. We learned ay. Lot in those closeddoor sessions and how hard you all were working when no one was looking. Thank you, sean. Im reminded that just yesterday adam schiff said that Robert Mueller would breathe life into the Mueller Report. Today, instead what we saw was Robert Mueller suck the life out of the Impeachment Movement altogether. Iter is dead and over. I suspect that youll see even more americans reject this really terrible distraction for the country. We also had to deal with Robert Muellers evolving purview. I think that really show the bias on the double standard. When people who supported trump lied, he threw the book at that. When people like christopher steele, who hated drum, lied, or when Glenn Simpson was engaging with russians, Robert Mueller was hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil. I dont understand why it is in Robert Muellers purview sean the Andrew Weissmann report. He did not write this report. I dont even know how many times you read it. The fusion gps issue that youve been citing, fusion gps itself is referenced in a story that is in a footnote in the report. So its very clear Robert Mueller did not write it. Sean let me ask. This is the question most often asked by people that we appreciate, watch this tv show, you have main distro number one. I want to ask this question. They asked me all the time, and i will ask well the same question. Devin nunes, will people that have been involved in this abuse of power and corruption, will they be held accountable . Hillary getsnt away with a riggd investigation, the dirty dossie dossier, premeditated lying fraud on our fisa court, attempt to undo a president ial election with lies and conspiracy theories, well start with devin. Remember, sean, weve made some criminal referrals. There are some that are very easy criminal referrals, just like matt gaetz was saying, if you lied to congress or obstructed congresses investigation, those are simple, those are the easy ones. To get to the bottom and dig into this like we have been doing for three years, it is much more complicated, it is more complicated to prove conspiracy, its a higher standard. Be up to the u. S. Attorney in connecticut and ultimately the attorney general, to see what it is that they can get to the bottom of and the origins of this investigation, and whether or not they were a fisa of uses that were done as a conspiracy, and whether or not sean we know the answer. We know what happened. Jim, will they be held accountable . The people that bill barr said comey, mccabe, baker, strzok, and page. Comey wasas fired, andy mccabe lied three times under oath, fired, jim baker was demoted, under investigation by the Justice Department, lisa page, demoted and left in peter strzok, the lead agent on both of these cases, the hillary case and the trumprussia case, peter strzok demoted and fired. Those are the five key people, that is what the investigation should focus, as well as these origins, that is what bill barr and john durham are looking into. If there was any bombshell today, it was a consequence of devin nunes questioning that exposed for this investigation did not begin when Robert Mueller said it began. There were earlier, even more corrupt origins than the folks that i think are sleeping too well tonight, john brennan and clapper, peopless associated wih the Obama Administration who were stirring this out. Comey and mccabe, frankly, her lower hanging fruit because it is so obvious, their leaks and lies. But they conspiracy their devin outlined goes back to brennan and clapper. Sean i want everyone to know, im half kidding and have not kidding. I will add mark meadows, who is not here, and Lindsey Graham, who we will talk in a minute, you guys put your heads on the chopping block, and Chuck Schumer once famously said, you take on the intel committee, they are going to get you eight ways to sunday. Frankly, anyone of you, maybe even me, we could have had a predawn raid because that is how corrupt this got. S thank you for what you did for your country tonight. This is an important stuff. Thank you. Earlier today, senator Lindsey Graham issued a statement, read after todays hearing, and for the good of the country, i hope this is the end of the Mueller Report. Now it is time to find out how this debacle started, and went so far. Senator graham joins us now. Your question, i always go back to, you off the attorney general attorney general barr, are you confident mueller had everything he needed to get the job done, time, the president never invoked executive privilege once, everyone was accessible. Mymy question is, does hillary t away with a fixed investigation when she committed crimes . The people involved lying to a fisa court, do they get away with it . The people that try to influence a president ial election get away with it, the people that tried to undo the election get away with that, senator, are you going to make sure that doesnt happen . I am more determined today after this hearing to get to the bottom of it. H the question, did hillary get let off because of the people investigating her wanted her to end and trump to lose, was the reason that she was not prosecuted, is because of a political decision, political motivations, all these things are very important. One thing i can tell you after today, the Mueller Report is in name only. The idea that he use a sean is at the Andrew Weissmann report . Well see. It clearly wasnt the mueller are part. Its just her name. I had more to do with the Mueller Report then heated. You know it bothers me a lot, people around bob mueller knew he was in a weakened state. This guy served in vietnam, got wounded, did a lot of great things for the country. He should not have been called. Sean senator, let me agree with you. You know, with the attorney general agreed to the joint statement, attorney general, int said at t, time, he did a favor to bob mueller. The attorney general was morning this is going to be a spectacle. It seems like the only person that understood and tried to prevent it was the one that was being accused of trying to break it, the attorney general, he knew this would be a disaster for mueller. You are right. His background is one of the hero. The people that allowed this, that used him some of the politicians are not committed, and the people on that group that hired and did all this, and he knew nothing, and ran the show without them, they are the ones that did this a to his reputation. The hatred for trump knows no boundaries. They used this man. One of the reasons i told people early on i was not going to call mueller is because the report speaks for itself, i was told by people close to bob mueller that he really should not have to go through this. Sean senator, i knew he wasnt capable of this i am a stupid talk show host. I was told repeatedly hes not up to the task heres the point, ive been asked for three months, why dont you want to call mueller . I bet youll know one will ask me that tomorrow. A letter was sent to me by every democrat alleges yearly committee and the senate, why dont you call mueller . No one will ask me that. Heres what im going to say, donald trump are stronger tonight than anytime in his presidency, the need to find out what happened is greater today than it was before. Its clear that bob mueller was not in charge of the investigation, and like every american who cares about the rule of law, we need to find out how they started and why it went so long. Sean senator, we need the senator graham that changed the course of the kavanaugh hearings to take control of this. Your country needs you. This is important. This republic came dangerously close to allowing lies in conspiracy theories. Few powerful people unseat a duly elected president. Your country needs you. Its just a fact. Their time is coming. The president has gone through hell for two and half years, and no one else could have taken it but him. Sean i know. [laughs] they have tried to root his familys life, and hes tough as nails, but those who engaged in the fisa court abuse and i think fraud, it is their time, and the only way you will ever stop this in the future is to make people sean your committee will be crucial, senator. I believe you. Thank you for what you are going to do to get to the truth. Joining us now, author of this book has been in the New York Times list for an eternity. It is week number, what, nine, or ten, number one best seller, unfreedom of the press, the great one, mark levin, all also the great show on sunday nights. I had to talk this man into doing radio, that is a fact. I made him do it. He was reluctant and resistant. Great one, what i love about you is your brain more than anything else, and you are a great constitutional scholar. I worried about a republic after what i saw todayay more than i have in any point, and ive been worried for a while. Let me do a little summation here. As far as Robert Mueller goes, i moved her go minds with Robert Mueller. He was in no condition to testify but on the other hand, he was in no condition to be the special counsel that he should not of accepted the job and Rod Rosenstein should not have offered the job. The victim here is not mueller, the victim here is the president of the United States and all the other people who are around him. I want people to keep something in mind about this 448 page report. It is a prosecutors brief. It was their best shot. T there is no reply reported by the president that was permitted, there t is no contray witnesses, no contrary documents, no contrary evidence, no cross examinations, no challenges of any type. So this is a really sovietstyle process we are going through, and i want to thank the democrats because they really revealed themselves as the clouds that they truly are, theyve impeached themselves today and forever more. If the democrats were truly interested, mr. Schiff, which he said over and over again, an overwhelming russian involvement in the campaign, then why the hill didnt you call barack obama and joe biden to testify . Why didnt you call clapper and brennan and ledge and ca me and Hillary Clinton . They arege in charge of our government they are the ones who allow the russians to have overwhelming influence in our campaign and they kept their mouth shut because they thought hillaryke would win and they didnt want to taint their election where is barack obama today . Is on some ship in the caribbean i suppose. Where is clinton where are any of them . Thats bad. I want to talk about obstruction of justice. These liberal democrats, who ran this operation, are such incompetent boobs, they cited three criminal obstruction statutes that dont apply now that people have studied that is, moreover, what document exactly did the president withhold . None what witness the president to prevent from testifying . Not one want investigator or prosecutor to the president fire . Not one what resources did the president withhold . Not one no conspiracy, no obstruction. Now, lets talk a little bit more about obstruction sean weve got about 45 seconds. Its too laten then lets talk about outside muellers purview everything is outside muellers purview Hillary Clinton, the dnc, fusion gps, christopher steele, russia, the steele dossier, the fisa application, mccabe, strzok, comey, mccabes coup attempt, outside of the purview rosenstein conflict of interest, fbi placing spies in the the tp campaign, unmasking of american citizens, the Obama Administrations failure to stop the russians, all outside the purview Paul Manaforts taxes oh, we never heard h the end of it. All right, im done. Sean market, there were only a couple of us that put our knockout in the beginning of this. You were one of them. Thank you. All of you are part of what i call an Ensemble Team of this show, and i guess i get credit because it is my name on the stupidup show, but really, honestly, it was a team effort. In all of you worked so hard. And this was really an effort of unfeeling , sara, what did i, the layers of the onion . Speak of the layers of the onion. Sean we cant stop, all of you deserve credit. Sara, your thoughts. Wow. Todays hearing, the democrats actually did a favor for the American People. It was absolute certainty, after what we saw today, there needs to be a doj and there is a doj investigation into the beginning of this russia investigation. Look, sean, what we saw today was actually painful to watch. It was painful to watch Robert Mueller stumble around, not able to answer the questions. But what we saw as a nation was how flawed this report was, and the next step we know theres not going to be an impeachment. They are not going to to to impeachment, they just cant. But this country must moveus towards an investigation that routes out those people that started this conspiracy, this disinformation campaign, against President Trump, and it needs to go all the way to the top. We need to know whop. Weaponizeo thew intelligence and to targetd President Trump once and for all and hopefully john durham will do that and attorney general william barr. Sean we dont get to then bottom of it, judge, your opening monologues scare me some days. Because you are so accurate, thats right, because you are right,t and you are passionate about it. I got to tell you, if we dont get to the bottom of this, this will happen again, and the great exception might be, they might be successful. That means the countrys over. You are absolutely right, sean. The problem is, they are trying to remake america. What we saw today was struggling, stumbling, you know, Robert Mueller. This guy was nothing more than a shill for the deep state. Trump hating, hillary loving lawyers, who slapped his name on a report and tried to change the presumption of innocence. Has been happening for a while. Sean i. E. Poorly manage my time. I got to get gregg in here,i i promise i will bring you back tomorrow. Gregg . An important day because americans saw, as the curtain was peeled back, and this fraudulent investigation was exposed, great and powerful mueller was not, he was oblivious to basic facts, uninformed about the law. He was not in charge of this investigation, he didnt write the report, he did not sit on it in interviews. He was in charge . Andrew weissmann was in charge. Sean you three have been amazing.
