Er except if bishop wins, then it wont matter at all but in the state that democrats want to flip, republicans are betting that trumps will make the difference by the choice tonight seems breaking the clear. Look at whats happening to democrat run cities. Every single one of them. We go in to lift millions more of our citizens from welfare to work, dependence to independence, and poverty to prosperity. With your help, we will elect more republicans, we will enact trade deals that result in more products proudly stamped with the four beautiful words, made in the usa. Cnn has learned that the House Judiciary Committee is preparing to take a vote in just a matter of days which could open the way to impeaching President Donald Trump or the vote is expected to take place as soon as wednesday and will lay out the ground rules for conducting impeachment hearings. Laura this is unbelievable is record peace and prosperity and their answer is impeach the guy. These people are just jokers. Forget passing the usmca, that was the trade deal that trumps stellar Team Successfully negotiated with mexico and canada. Almost tenca months ago now. By the way, its a deal that will help all three countries especially the u. S. And mexico. But at last count, 137 democrats want to begin impeachment proceeding against the president and thats despite poll after poll showing that the majority of americans including Many Democrats do not want to see trump impeached. Monmouth is reporting that 59 of americans said trump shouldnt 5 be impeached. A number thats remained largely unchanged since mid2017. Try, try again. Well, voters correctly understand that impeaching trump will be of bitter divisive fight, thats only going to further and damage and divide the country. But the democrats who never accepted trumps election as legitimate in the first place they just dont care. Im not too much interested in the polls is whats actually going on in administration. I dont get to the mistake for them to take this to the next step. I do think the step they are taking is the appropriate step. The evidence of wrongdoing was so staggering that we had to so i decided we had to support laura what wrongdoing . My daily wrongdoing happen when deep state launched a bogus investigation by surveilling innocent americans based on a phony wooden finance dossier. By the way, they still found no russia collusion. Fact. Todays democrats want fewer lawabiding americans to own guns. At the same time that they want moree lawbreaking Illegal Immigrants to enter the country to become u. S. Citizens. Wrap your mind around that for a second. They claim they want guncontrol to keep us safe but then they embrace sanctuary policies that allow illegal alien criminals to live here. And of course, suck off out public service, as well. And in the case of that recent horrific report of marilyns allegedly murdered a 21yearold man. All of them illegal. Well, because of president trumps leadership thankfully, things are beginning to improve along the border. The number of illegals are is down for 56 since may. You dont see that much though f do you in the mainstream networks . The democrats, they want to undo all of that progress and treat border crossings like jaywalking so it will be like, okay, hi, heres your ticket, and go on your way and have a nice day sir. Like the green new raw deal. That will rob you and disempower you and empower a giant new job killing federal bureaucracy. Brad, you said that out there in california. It was a big fundraiser and i get what dobbs is a saying. This is a movement about america. Its not about the name trump. He led it and he is bold to do it but its going to go on beyond him. I think thats what dobbs was bristling at. What is your response. Let me explain. This is a family juggernaut in business and now they are a juggernaut in politics and what i wanted to show is that i watched how hard this family worked in 2016 and how hard they are working now and i will want the people of california to know that no. This family is going to be with them for the future and i just wanted people to see that and i truly believe that. Laura do you mean be president for years to come . No. I just mean helping them fund raise, having the policies of the president continued, continuing to fight for this grassroots movement. This movement is huge and the president has taken it so far and i think everybody in california wants to know if this is going to be continued. I was trying to make them feel they are all out there by themselves in california and i want them to understand that hes going to fight for them. First, i want to get yourthought on cnbc that warren and Hillary Clinton are talking behind the scenes as the 2020 race intensifies. A lot of people think she is going to be the nominee. Biden is ultimately going to fade away. I do think warren is on the rise. So warren is on the rise. Lets say she gets the nomination of your looks like hillary is giving some advice. I think this is funny. I hope. She gives them all kinds of adviceand runs the whole cam. Lets talk about what else is happening is the democrats plan to flip a number of states. Everyone wants to flip states ou win. I want to play something that was said recently about this. Watch. How many do you think you could reasonably flip . W six. [laughter] and you know what, we are coming at you, texas. We dubbed the word texodus and i think its genius. I love it. Theyve got an issue on their hands. Laura i have friends in texas who are not thinking its going to be a cakewalk. If it isn texas, what does that say about the rest of the country. I think those elections that are always tough. I think there r registrations im hearing about in texas, i can it is great. I still think texas is clearly in the win column for the president. I think theres a couple of seats that have kind of conduct. I dont think texas is in play in 2020. I think from the left, this is something they want to hear. I think this helps them fund raise. Some other thick us pleaed earlier today, you know, the iword it helps them fund raise. They want that because right now all they have his hatred for my boss. They have nothing else to run on so they are trying to say hey theres something occurring. Laura what candidate concerns you the most . We can prepare for all the candidates. Its not like i designate one. Right now the game plan is to build out a large operation across the country and i think that we are showing that. Were going to have 2 million trained volunteers. Thats multiples of what we had in 2016. There are states where last time our budget was 30,000 and the stomach of the 20 or or 30 or t. What states . I dont want to get into that because i dont want the democrats to the know what states were going with. We are expanding that math. Minnesota is in play, new hampshire, nevada new mexico. Laura what about new mexico . New mexico, im hearing from a lot of people that the illegal immigration issue there, among latinos, is incredibly motivating because they dont want it. And they are fighting against china and whats going on there. They love that issue. They know that the president is fighting for them and their jobs and their economic futures. As well as that, they actually see what happens with illegal immigration in their states and i think the president is going to win there and in every poll and everything ive done, we continue tos climb in that sta. The president is going to be out there next i week in albuquerque and hes going to give thatmess. Women voters, everyone saying youve got a get suburban women back. Can you get suburban women that . Yes. Still, i said as all the time women and mothers in this country do not want their children in bread lines needing medical care. Its really easy right now when its 20 out there and they just say oh, yeah, this thing. Laura all right, joining me now, jim daly, president of focus on the family. It jim, one of the main reasons drew was getting mixed backlashes because your group is being labeled antilgbtq. Is this criticism of your organization warranted . No, and i love what drew brees said right at the beginning ofhe this controversy which is that christians, we have two commandments. Love the lord your god with your heart soul and mind and love your neighbor as yourself and we believe in thatt too. We are not antianybody. We do hold to traditional definition of marriage which is one man and one woman, and for that, we paid a price and now drew brees is paying the price. Were you surprised at this instant online and it was created by a publication no one had ever heard of that is run by a transplant to new orleans. So it was recorded by an online publication that has disgusting articles in it about stuff that we can even say on television and then i got picked up by all of these major media outlets. But thats what the goal was was it not . I believe so, and its the muzzling effect, the intimidation effect. And its unfortunate because we live in a pluralistic society. Weve got to learn how to live together, even with disagreements and whats so difficult in this country right nowan is that we cant subscribe or hold to a viewpoint that is different from the cultural elites. And, ill tell you what, thats going to be very dangerous. I came down here tonight to support drew brees so im at the stadium watching the game and its been great but we need to support one another through free speech, the freedom of religion, and thats why we do bring your bible to school so that kids can exercise that same freedom. Laura it was interesting at the saints game before the game started, raymond went out and interviewed a lot of people. That was a representative sampling of the people who were willing to chat for a minute before they were going into the superdome, and there is this overwhelming love for brees and it was because they know him and, you know, hes not into politics but hes a christian and they loved him and that came through in those interviews so it wasnt about hating anyone or hitting any group of people because that is not a christian thing to do, hate people for who they are. Absolutely right. And drew brees embodies that so well. He has done so much for the community here in new orleans. People love him because he puts his faith into action. Hes a great husband, a great father, and a great citizen here in new orleans and i think all of that together is what people care about and whats so unfortunate as there are people in the culture who want to break people down who believe in god and thats obvious. In fact, there was a survey i read just the other day that says that 40 of adults are afraid to talk about their political convictions and 75 of college students. Its going to be really encouraging to see on october 3rd how many kids bring their bible because we do have the right in this country to celebrate our religion and we do have the freedomo of religion ad we do have the ability to exercise that religion however we see fit. Laura benjamin, theyre so much focus on some of the more controversial players and former players, kaepernick, et cetera. Why isnt there more focus on so much of the positive stuff that is done by athletes, including christian athletes . Obviously, have done an enormous amount for new orleans as have a lot ofof your teammates, and im not just focusing on the saints because the saints because the patriots do a lot as well for the Boston Community but it seems like its just all kaepernick state type stuff all the time. He gets lauded by the elites but someone who just says, you know live your faith, live your christian faith, hes just lacerated by the Washington Post. The Washington Post writes a piece about him saying brees defended himself. So they focused on that but it seems like anms inordinate amout of attention o goes to theposite negative on Something Like this. We have talked a lot about collin and i said that i supported his right to take a knee but what sells is either a circus or a crisis. Coaches have said that to me all the time. Its either a circus or a crisis. People are always looking for a second story so when it comes to things that are controversial and maybe it comes to something that can play in the media something that would create a great headline, something that plays to whoever has the loudest microphone, thats what youre going to see. There are t plenty of players wo do great things in the community. Im on a team of plenty of them. Over the course of my 16year career, i have been in the locker with guys whose have stand for sex trafficking the poor, raciale inequities things like mass incarceration criminal justice reform, we have guys that are very passionate about our community and sometimes you are right. That goes under the radar because its not something that will spark an interest and spark kind of a fight in a time where we live in a culture thats very divisive. I want to get a quick a reaction to someone we covered last week where jamaal hill created a stir with a piece in the atlantic was argued that black athletes should stop attending white majority colleges. Whats your reaction to this . Welcome i read theck article and when i read the article, i agreed with her. She had some great points in that article. When you look at the history of hbcus and you look at black colleges in the hundreds of thousands of people that have come to the schools over the course of the last several years since theyve been created and you look at whats been lost since integration has happened, what she was saying is somebody that is athletic and a multibilliondollar business. Cen i went to historically white universities that have a lot of money based on athletics but what she is saying is look, we live inn a time where there is a big racial wealth gap. The average white family has an income net worth thats ten times that of a black family so if we are able to have some of these athletes that create so much in common, go to some of these schools, now that white students dont go, we live in times where everybody can go wherever they want to what she what she was saying was simply we are trying to pumpo money and revenue into some of these communities that are still big disparities. This may be a way to do it. Obviously, thats in a vacuum for other factors to figure into that but when you read her argument, look, she lays it out very cleanly and its actually something that i agree with. College sports would certainlybe be a lot different today if if we went on a colorcoded waye admissions. Thats resegregating the country. Why do we want that . Real clear investigations Mark Hemingway says h that he found that it shows that those who shaped Hillary Clintons failed lybia policy areand event from it are some of the same folks of which the phony steele dossier. Mark hemingway joins me now to unpack it all. Mark, we are going to take the audience through a couple of the biggest findings. But, first, tell us how the clinton players have beenua involved from libya to steal. Well actually we learned that holy clinton had a fight private email address first because her longtime email got hacked and as part of that hacked, we learned that he had a particular intereste in the Libyan Affairs and was constantly emailing Hillary Clinton into reports about what was going on in libya and working with theon excia agent and this other longtime clinton awful person named cody share and for a long time we wondered what the particular interest was and these fbi information was giving reports to ask when a motive for that which was recovering libyan assets and which wouldve been a very lucrative scheme for then. Gadhaf dollars from o the country. They wouldve gotten a portion of any of that money that they recovered. Now as of today, city blumenthal is on record denying he had anything to do with us but the fact of the matter is the fbi was given all this information in june of 2016 to Peter Strzoks team and as far as we know, they did no investigation of it that we know of. St laura well, who, other than you, who is doing an investigation of this now . I mean and can we conclude that this is being examined by the doj or others . Ive got no comment on the fbi or the doj on any of this. There is some really stunning allegations that are put outthee just allegations, but they are exactly the kind of thing that seems to merit investigation. Thee important thing though is that if you contrast that with the fbi behavior, shortly after this report, they got another partisan source report the made shocking allegations about donald trump that they knew contained falsehoods and that was an all hands on deck affair for investigation whereas this other report that contained shocking allegations involving clinton appears to have been summarily ignored. Laura as far back as 2015 trey gowdy and others were probing these emails of the Blumenthal Center hillary. So he wrote that at the same time the blumenthal was pushing secretary clinton to war in libya, he was privately pushing business interest of his own that were stood to profit. So what youre reporting is more evident of what gaudi originally found, correct . Yes. And we withouts blumenthals denial, kind of. And rebuts blumenthals denial, kind of. Well what it is is information was given to the fbi bthat was very specific of allegations being them involved in this acid recovery scheme that would give them a profit motive for engaging and a profit motive for wanting to sabotage Donald Trumps campaign. Again, these allegations are as yet unproven but there were other questions that were asked about what they were doing in libya at the time in 2015 from independent reporting like propublica and the New York Times involving laura the whole thing is that why was he going to benghazi . Why is the ambassador going to benghazi when they knew how dangerous it h was . I mean, that just goes back to the whole question of benghazi. It was so incredibly bad that they were already warned about this as a separate matter in libya. That was another question. Absolutely. Yeah. Actually, earlier reporting i did in 2015 show that the cia officer was working with city blumenthal and was actually a consultant to cbs news in 60 minutes and may have been responsible for spiking critical benghazi reporting that they had done. Laura unbelievable. The clinton web always gets woven tighter and tighter. And speaking of the fbis and Hillary Clinton, new emails and covered by citizens responsibility and ethics in washington show just how much the fbi was scrambling with the fallout from the 2016 clinton investigation. Now the emails specifically shows a concerted effort by a former Deputy Director Andrew Mccabe to work with the process and reveal internal fbi deliberations surrounding the former secretary of state. Here now is former counsel Fox News Contributor ken starr. It seems the fbi, mccabe specifically, spent more time trying to clean up their conflicts than actually pursuing wrongdoing here. Yeah. Sort of a lack of focus on whats really important as the save your skin, do what you need to do to preserve your job or whatever but thats right from the kievs own which we now have. We see now that he was scurrying around, in fact he said he spent the better part of the day working at the wall street journal trying to shape the story and so forth instead of doing what the fbi should be doing. And all of us had to do of course with Andrew Mccabes alleged conflicts because of his spouse and ties to the clintons through the governor of virginia and so forth. We need the fbi to focus on whats important and Andrew Mccabe did not seem to be doing that. Laura i want to go on to another couple of issues. Can the impeachment mania that has just gripped the democrat party, pelosi comes out, she was asked about this today. A new step toward impeachment. Lets watch. H. Do you support the revolution that chairman adler had put forward . Yes, i do. I think we should really stand behind it. We should all work together. Wants to set the agenda for impeachment or is it just to mollify the radicals and the Democratic Party and just hang a little piece of meat over the edge of the porch and maybe they will come . Theyramoth will be satisfied to. Theyve got to keep the howling dogs happy, satisfied and busy. This continues to be the impeachment movement, fringe movement, youve looked at the numbers. You show those numbers on the numbers havent changed. What we do know from history is that impeachment is not going to work. When you have zero republicans in the house of representatives, zero republicans in the United States senate, the senate is largely quiet. We have 98 democrats for the latest count who are not supporting this move for impeachment. It is a fringe movement, its all about politics, its all about 2020. This is very clear its not surprising at all that the last the contemporary left is embracing someone who has islamic ties. Certainly shes a woman of color, daughter of migrants, but she embraces a very antisemitic bds stance. She has actually demonized jewish scientists. Shes excluded from the womens march, jewish scientists who wanted to support and be in solidarity with women and this means that the left is very comfortable seeing as a badge of belonging, as a mark of belonging fraternizingng with antisemitism even when it comes to the disguise and the sum of all virtues of this woman wearing a veil of color whoa lor culture worships is this kind of victim chic. 4 so its really devastating for us. We want to see it muslims inpol, and i like to see a muslim like since ronnie in Critical Power but this is a liberalism in the left marrying with antisemitism.
