San Francisco Crime scene investigators spent the morning looking for evidence at the scene of yesterdays shooting next to st. Lukes hospital. They wanted to make sure they did not miss anything while hooking last night in the dark. They took away a few things they will test but did not find anything that lacked important. Police administrators are working to set up a Community Townhall meeting in the next week to discuss the shooting death of 25yearold Javier Lopez Garcia of san jose. Police shot him when he climbed on top of a construction elevator yesterday and they say he pointed a rifle at the hospital. Investigators say he fired one shot but no one else was hurt. The hospital was placed on lockdown. It was a traumatic experience for those inside. Everyone moved away from the weapon. They said they would not let anyone leave the hospital or come back to the hospital. It sound like a bomb. It started in san bruno at the big five Sporting Goods star. Javier lopez garcia was armed with a handgun and he walked in and stole a rifle and ammunition. He then headed to San Francisco where Police Fatally shot him. I look up and at the top of the construction elevator was a suspect that appears to be in wide cover yalls holding a rifle and the rifle was directed at the hospital. He appeared to fire shots as the officers responded. We now know the name of the man who was shot but we still do not know the why, and pestle not comment on what they think his motive was or anything else about the investigation until that townhall meeting which has yet to be scheduled. They do not perform as well. They do not produce as well. Housing advocates say seniors are pushed out of the county and state because of the lack of affordable house. The Homeless Population of 6,500 in san jose is a big issue. House vouchers are useless because so few landlords take them.
