Hi, everyone. Hope you enjoyed the day. It was nice inland, but certainly breezy and kind of cool around the bay. A pleasant afternoon for most. Take a look at live doppler seven. The fog has moved in quickly to our east bay. Its going to move out just as quickly out of the north bay, but the higher clouds are going to linger into much of the afternoon for the peninsula and the south bay. Lets go in a little bit closer. Live doppler 7, you can see the fog around 680, san ramon, 580, oakland, emeryville, down towards fremont already, and of course all of San Francisco shrouded in the fog. As we go towards half moon bay, wouldnt be surprised to see some mist and drizzle throughout the evening hours and the overnight hours. So the culprit is this area of low pressure. Pretty strong for this time of year. A falllike system bringing just a little bit of rain into washington state. Our friends up in seattle got a few spritzes of rain, but this is not going to bring us much. Maybe a couple hundredths along the coast, but the winds are beginning to dial back. They were quite gusty throughout the afternoon. Still a little breezy in concord at 20 miles per hour. An hour and three minute delays at sfo. Its been quite a day there. As we look once again at the Golden Gate Bridge, yeah, it is really pea soup out there. Be careful. Take your time. Use your low beams. Looking at temperatures already in the upper 50s in San Francisco, so dropping quickly. 61 in oakland. Gilroy, youre at 62. Half moon bay, boy, it seems for months now you have been stuck in the 60s with just very little sunshine. So by the middle to the end of the week, well see what we can do for you because things are going to change. They are going to warm up after tomorrow. So its just a oneday event. 62 santa rosa. 59 in napa. Novato just changed to 59. 63 by the delta. Mid60s concord and livermore. Finally from the exploratorium camera, you can see the clouds shrouding the building. Low clouds and fog. Drizzle monday morning. Well look for partly cloudy skies by the afternoon. Looking at a cooler day and warmer temperatures arrive throughout the rest of the week. Its going to be subtle warming, though. Nothing too extreme. So as we look at our overnight lows, youll notice that mainly in the upper 50s to never 60. Weve got that blanket of clouds overhead. So not too cool out there, and it is the first day of school for some kids. So we will look for some of that clearing in the afternoon. But as we take you through the hour by hour forecast, you notice that weve got the mist and drizzle on and off. By 8 00, were looking at some sun up in santa rosa down through central marin. Then by the afternoon, its a sunnier day in the north bay than it will be along the peninsula and the south bay. So it should be pleasant but certainly below normal, and that might bode well for the kids in pleasanton because, you know, its one of those days where were looking at back to school temperatures in the low 70s. San ramon valley, similar forecast. Upper 50s. Well call it partly cloudy from san jose to saratoga tomorrow. Low to mid70s. 62, pacifica. San francisco breezy, 64. In the north bay, look for upper 70s in petaluma and upper 60s in berkeley. 71 in fremont. You head inland. Barely an 80 to be found. 74 in pleasanton, and the accuweather sevenday forecast shows that tomorrow the coolest day of the week. It will gradually warm up.
