Mountain view police have arrested a man accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a minor and now they say there could be more victims officers arrested Brandon Yamagata on sunday. Hes accused of exposing himself to a woman in a parking lot. Police say yamagata admitted to an inappropriate relationship with a teenager. Many oakland residents questioning whether the city is doing enough to protect people from unsafe buildings. This question comes after two deadly fires over the last four months.
