They were found shot to death. Investigators say they found evidence of the killings a his home and he knew things only the killer would know. They believe the murders were random. He was already in juvenile charged with killing his brother in march. Quite the scene in yesterday, it could be seen for miles, people that live in the area were told to shelter in place. Reporter residents in this Venecia Community saw black plumes of smoke billowing from the refinery. A power outage forced the plant to shut down and start emergency flaring.
