宝盈基金陈金伟：自下而上挖掘优质成长看好双创结构性机会 _ 东方财富网

　　2014年毕业后，陈金伟曾加入人寿资产担任信用债研究员。2015年投身公募行业，以化工研究员的身份加入宝盈基金，后续覆盖多个行业研究，包括机械、建材、环保、轻工、家电等，对toB的广义制造业有长期深入研究经验。
　　2018年底，陈金伟开始管理宝盈基金旗下专户产品。2020年底，他开始管理宝盈优势产业等公募基金产品。
　　翻开宝盈优势产业的历史持仓，多以传统制造、科技等领域的中小盘股为主，行业比较分散，风格别致，不少标的年内涨幅突出。“我并非偏好中小盘股，而是在当前时点，中小盘股里面有比较多兼具优秀质地和低估值的公司，因此我更愿意在这里面寻找机会。无论是大市值还是小市值，都是用同一把尺子衡量，并不会刻意因为市场偏好而改变。”陈金伟表示。
　　他回顾其在2019年和2020年上半年管理专户时，实际上是以中大市值股票为主。然而到了2020年下半年，发现依照自身的选股标准出发，从估值、预期收益率等角度，其实很难选出满意的股票。因此，陈金伟在2021年年初将组合基本全部调整为中小盘股，其结果就是春节后的那一波核心资产调整，对于组合净值影响相对较小，而后续市场的反弹，组合也基本能跟上。
　　为何能够有决心做到组合品种的大切换？陈金伟表示，一部分原因是刚刚管理公募产品，轻装上阵没有什么历史包袱。另外，客观而言当前的管理规模调仓相对容易。
　　“纯自下而上，广度覆盖选股”是陈金伟投资的重要特质，持续的投研积累是取得成绩的重要原因。对于上市公司的研究与调研是他最大兴趣所在。
　　“我看公司有点强迫症。”陈金伟自嘲道，“以前看化工的时候，出差调研一周，一定要把这个区域所有的公司都约一遍，无论那些公司有没有机会。”
　　在他看来，纯自下而上选股是一个先难后易的过程。也许前期需要接触不同的行业，学习不同的新知识，看到的大部分是行业之间的差异。而随着研究的行业和公司增多，会越来越多地发现其中的共性，研究的效率也会大幅提升。“因此，当某些公司出现变化、可能出现机会的时候，我能够比较快地去找到它。”陈金伟表示。
