Were getting word that the victim has been identified as Robert Lavoy Finicum who had been acting as a spokesperson for this group. Eight people have been arrested, including the leader, ammon bundy. Abcs alex stone has the late details. Reporter the takedown did not happen at the wildlife refuge where militia members were holed up for three weeks, ready for a battle with law enforcement. Instead, Oregon State Police and federal agents moved in as group leader ammon bundy and his followers were on the move, apparently driving to a meeting with locals. Police conducted a traffic stop on oregons highway 395, pulling over the vehicle bundy was riding in. Law enforcement sources are telling abc news a person who died open fire first and then was killed in a return of bullets. Bundy and multiple other people who were with him were arrested.
