Reporter Palo Alto High School Science Teacher Ronnie Farrell faces several charges for allegedly touching one of his students. He was arrested at the high school last night, but the initial incident happened last tuesday. Police said he exchanged messages with the victim via social media asking the student to meet him at the school and help him with chores around the classroom. Only the two were present and in short order put his hand underneath her clothes and felt her breasts and took her hand and put it over his groin. The victims Family Called Police withy detectives on the case, farrell set up another meeting in the high schools parking lot last night. When he arrived he was taken into custody. The Fremont Police tweeted we are happy to announce one of the injured officers was released from the hospital today. The second officer who is in Critical Condition continues to improve. Prosecutors say she and oscar mendes also stabbed a man two weeks earlier, but he will recover from his injuries. Prosecutors say in both cases the couple lashed out after they were denied permission to use a work site toilet. The judge did not lower bail for the couple which now stands at 10 million for college and their 5 million for mendes. There have been four shootings in San Franciscos Mission District and today the shooting is just a block apart and after 2 00 a. M. The man opened fire on a car which was parked between 17th street and the bullets hit two people inside of that car and both are now in Critical Condition and then around 9 00 a. M. The track watch was created to keep an eye on suicidal teens, but many raise concerns after a series of bay area reports exposed problems starting with some guards committing crimes on the lock with a previous security contractor to others missing in action with Cypress Security. Now we learned some of the problems could have been avoided. They obtained this list of recommendations by Cypress Security sent to the city in may.
