At that point thousands of people are pour inging into the stadium. Officials, media, tv, crew members are everywhere. Reporter several current and former quarterbacks have spoken out insisting altering game balls is nothing unusual. The altering of the ball is definitely coming from the quarterbacks end. For them its really all about how it feels coming off their fing fingertips. Reporter the team and coach Bill Belichick have a reputation for playing fast and loose with the rules. Most infamously during the 2007 spygate scandal when the league found the patriots videotaped opposing teams sideline signals. Just one week before this scandal, the Baltimore Ravens complained about unusual but legal formations the patriots successfully used against them in their narrow playoff win. Clearly deception. Reporter despite the detailed rules about game balls, it doesnt have a precedent for repeat offenders like the patriots. Weve never been down this road before, so we dont know how many years have to go by without cheating to get a team a clean record. No. It was probably only tom brady and the ball boy because every week for a quarterback in the nfl, they scuff the football, take that new film off the football because it becomes real slick but, also, you want it to let the air out of the ball to have a better grip on it. As a receiver, a guy who performed at the highest levels possible, how much of an advantage it have been to you trying to catch the ball . For guys who have big hands and you use gloves, it makes it easier to catch the football. Its like catching a nerf football. Having it smaller in your hands. For a quarterback its all about the grip. Its all about throwing it. You see quarterbacks who wear gloves because they want to get a better grip on the football while theyre throwing the football. Ill put you out on a limb here. If, and its still if, if this they term tom brady and Bill Belichick, for that matter, knew this was happening and did it intentionally to game some kind of an advantage, were ten days from the super bowl, what should the nfl do and when should this they do it . I dont think theyll do anything before the super bowl. The punishment has to be harsh on the patriots. This is their Second Time Around getting found guilty for cheating. I dont know if you take a firstround pick or fine them money because thats nothing. The patriots dont really want to have a firstrounder anyway. There were plenty of people in residence, but i guess you could say the build inging wasnt totally full because of the time of day and that was a fortunate thing. Reporter Fire Fighters carried one person out of the burning building, but Authorities Say everyone else left under their own power. A few firefighters suffered minor injuries. 15 years ago there was a fire on the same site, that apartment complex was under construction. The cause was never determined but arson was ruled out. Ive never seen her never met her and i challenge her to come on your show and to repeat her allegations on television. Shes hiding behind the litigation privilege. Shes filed a perjured affidavit and i can prove categorically by documentary and other evidence that i couldnt have been in the places she said i was at the time. For example, she said she had sex with me and Jeffrey Epstein in new mexico. I was there for one hour with my wife, my daughter who are here with me today in the studio. Never out of their sight. Two other people were with me. Nobody was on the ranch at the time. Only time ive ever been there. Said i had sex with her on private eye wland. I was there once with my wife my daughter, promise meant professor at Harvard Business school. His whole family. She is cot goricly lying and making the whole thing up. She specifically said that she had sex where you on six different encounters. She mentions those two lays. She also says in new york in florida. You can prove it didnt happen there either . Absolutely. As long as she gives me the dates, i will have my travel documents, im a busy person, im in europe im in israel im teaching. She has to give me a date and i will show her i was never ever anywhere near her at anytime. Shes making the whole thing up. She is a categorical liar. I challenge her on repeat it in public. And thats one of the things you talked a lot about, the idea that these allegations were put in a lawsuit, kind of a driveby shooting in the legal sense and that you had no opportunity to respond. However, in the latest papers, legal papers from their lawyer they say you have in fact had the opportunity. Theyre lying. They show letters and they didnt show my letters some letters in response. I said if you ask me about the legal relationship, its covered by lawyer client privilege, but anything else ill be happen to answer. They said that i might be a witness. They never accused me. Never ever accused me until december of having december with her. This is picknocchios nose growing longer and longer. I said id be happy to be deposed if you would give me any indication that id be a relevant witness. And i cat xworicily denied that i was a witness. And january 3, they asked you yet again. Whether you be depose sgld of course i will be because they have sueded knee definite eded me of definite if aamation. But they made a mistake because now they have to be deposed, i have to be deposed. Im happy to have this out in a court of law because they will be proved all of them to be categorically lying and making up this story. And it will be a terrible thing for rape victims. They have put rape victims in a terrible position because when i prove that they sat down and made this all up tragically it will hurt real rape victims and it shouldnt. I think you said on this program, on many programs, that you were willing to personally waive the statute of limitations so that this accuser if she wanted to could file a criminal case against you. What did the study say about Birth Control pills and tumors . The study was trying to not determine a cause andesque. What it was trying to do is look to see is there an association between the use of hormonal contraception and an increased risk of these brain tumors lets put this into context, are rare tumor, roughly five in 100,000 people. Nonetheless the glyoma is a primary broken tumor. There was this association. What is the cause and effect . Statistically what they were showing is there an association, meaning if you are exposed to Birth Control, could this effect an outcome . They generate an odds ratio, which is a statistical number. The higher the number, the stronger the association is. What they found was for women who ever used hormonal contraception ever in their life the risk was slightly higher. Some group apham sis shows more recent use, within the last five years of the diagnosis of brain tumor how long you used it. Greater tan five years there was an association, probably the most important piece of information to come out of this study was that progesterone had the highest risk of this particular brain tumor. Another factor how early someone started on the contraceptive. Whats the take away if you are a woman on contraception you think, what should i do . How many people are using hormonal contra session the take away is that we have known for a long time that potential hormonal influences in cancer Breast CancerCervical Cancer potentially increase and we know hormonal contraception decreases the risk for ovarian and end do mettial cancer.
