The board ordered the general manager to go back and reopen negotiations with the unions. I believe this has turned what i view as a bad contract and has made it worse. No matter what, now the union has leverage to demand more. So the cost of the contract is inevitably going to go up. For the next few days we are talking and looking at our options. We will be meeting to confer with our entire negotiating team. Im like im getting to the end zone. So i just ran as fast as i could. Once i got into the end zone, i just, my emotions came out and i got on my knee and prayed for my grandmother. I miss her so much. Probably the greatest football moment i have been a part of. It will forever be affecting my kids. I will not forget that play. I will tell my kids about it. My grandchildren. Reporter we watched this woman outside working the phones from the car. She eventually comes inside. What is your name . My name is robin. Reporter robin says she is hanz wife and says their mode of advertising is successful. We get 100 calls a day. Reporter they travel all around Northern California cleaning carpet ifs san jose, from napa, to reno. And she returns to her car working the phone. That is when i decide to chat with her about what she just told our producer. Im curtis from channel 13. How are you . We wanted to talk to you about robo calls. You know what . Dont ask me. The reason why you are here right now is because we called and responded to a robo call. You know what . That is not our company. Whats the name of your company . Im not going to say it right now. I have to say you something is really shady here. Go right ahead and get to the bottom of it. Reporter i headed inside to talk the hans. He is quite forthcoming. You admit you advertise through robo calls . Yeah. Reporter and he says he it is easy to do. You are breaking federal law. It is a way of advertising. It is tough to build these cases. Since the ban of robo calls, the fcc has gone after hundreds of individuals enforcing fines. But theyed admit they cant go after everyone. There is no easy way to trace that call back to the person making it. Reporter though we did it just by hiring hans when it comes to his company, he claims he stops robo calling anyone who complains. You know they are illegal. To a point. What do you mean to a point . Its a way of advertising. Reporter after finishing our carpets, he packs up saying we dont have to pay. But we do.
