State Health Officials announced the two cases today. They say both babies were born with abnormally small heads attributed to confirmed cases of zika in their mothers. In addition, officials are monitoring 21 pregnant women here in california who all have confirmed cases of the mosquito borne disease. State Health Department says none of the women contracted the virus here in the u. S. Instead, all picked it up in a country where zika is active. On it they found 23 photographs and four videos taken last year in august around the time of silvas youth camp. One of the videos, quote, contains audio of a conversation between the participants involved in a strip woker game that happened in silvas bedroom. They were naked and one participant was a 16yearold boy. Witnesses say silva supplied alcohol to a number of underaged counselors at camp and that silva installed cameras at the Stockton Kids Club and in his bedroom. After a long legal saga, former chinatown gangster Raymond Shrimp Boy Chow was sentenced today to life in prison.
