There is not a suggestion of profligate democratic spending not at all. I appreciate what he is trying to do, the attention to debt, the savings, trying to prepare for the future. When Governor Brown is one of the more conservative democrats in the building, i applaud him on that. Reporter it was interesting, when our story ran on tuesday, we had heard unions including the inland boatmans union and the International Organization of masters, mates and pilots were among those who felt google and the company it hired or created Multinational Logistics hadnt told the full story about whats going on here. Only the ports of San Francisco and redwood city had the full picture. We earn some money, the facilities get to be used and hopefully traffic is reduced. It charges about 50 each time the google ferry pulls up to the dock at gates b or e. Redwood city gets about half that. Reporter we get these complaints all the time from businesses who believe their negative yelp reviews are people who were never their customers. Sometimes its the competition, other times people with opposing political views. But whatever the reason, a Virginia Court ruling may now mean yelp has to hand over the identities. Yelp has been ordered to reveal the name of 7 anonymous people who left negative reviews for a Carpet Cleaning business. The owner claims they were never actually customers and the court ruling will now allow him to sue for defamation. Yelp argues the reviews are protected under free speech but the court points out that protection is based on the assumption that the reviewer is actually a customer. The First Amendment does not protect deliberately false statements and the court decided the Carpet Company provided sufficient evidence that the yelpers were not actually customers. The state Health Department is issuing a warning tonight for people using skin lightening creams. Health officials found high levels of mercury in two skin creams [ nonenglish language ] although they have not been blamed directly for any illnesses, other similar skin bleaching creams have been linked to mercury poisoning. The creams are often used to lighten skin including freckles and age spots. Dozens of these creams have been banned by the food and drug administration. And a Watchdog Group is targeting some popular Food Products that it says dont live up to their manufacturers claims. The center for science in the Public Interest announced it plans to sue the makers of ensure, smart balance and crystal light. They say crystal light marketed as natural contains artificial sweeteners and also says the smart balance butter wont effectively fight cholesterol and at 350 calories a bottle ensure health shakes wont make most people healthier.
