In and around the airport. Its shocking not only to see that someone made it over the fence but made it across the tarmac and climbed up into a plane. We are getting a closer look at where exactly the new Warriors Arena will be built. The sports and Entertainment Center will sit on 12 acres of private land in San Franciscos Mission bay neighborhood. Its bounded by 3rd a 16th and south streets and Terry Francois boulevard. In an exclusive kpix 5 surveyusa poll, we asked 500 adults if they still backed the teams plan to built its arena in San Francisco. And 68 of you said yes. They also overwhelmingly support the idea of it being in mission bay. Our poll shows people still concerned over the height of construction along the waterfront and thats the issue that ultimately drove the warriors a few blocks out. Our own ryan takeo reports on another big concern, getting around on game day. Ryan, how is it going to wor . Reporter there are three muni stops within a block of the arena. Todays Mission Bay Traffic is a breeze. But it wont be this way for long. I think it definitely will help business. There will be more traffic and people. Reporter definitely more people. By 2018 this empty lot is supposed to be the warriors new home. Theres two caltrain stations within walking distance. Reporter peter albert is sf mtas planner. His job is to keep traffic moving. The proposed arena at piers 30 and 32 had traffic headaches written all over it. I think one of the greatest concerns about 3032 was it was using the same embarcadero. It was using a lot of the same transit lines that were running to the ballpark. Reporter albert says the new mission bay site is a little better because it will use separate transit lines. Among munis three lines coming here, a light rail higher capacity train coming from the central subway thats under construction. They will need that higher capacity. Most people coming to the arena will need to use it. One of the bigger challenges about this new site is compared to the old one is that it is farther from bart. Reporter almost two miles to the closest bart station. So mass transit to the arena will mean a transfer to muni lines. And then theres the test of having two pro teams just two blocks away. It is a concern to make sure that we are getting ahead of the demand. Reporter and as of today, its unclear if they can meet the potential crush of demand thats about to hit a few years from now. Anthem insurance admitted yesterday that nearly 1,000 doctors are incorrectly listed. But our julie watts found those kinds of mistakes are not easily corrected. Reporter yeah, we asked anthem today if the mistakes had been corrected. And a spokesman declined to comment. Then we discovered mistakes we told anthem about months ago remain on the list. Meanwhile, we continue to get emails like this. My longtime doctor is still listed mistakenly as of today. We received mean emails about anthem since the rollout of covered california. Then when i started going to the doctor, calling them up, none of them accepted the plan. Reporter since then, we have heard from more than 2 dozen other viewers with problems related to anthems list. And we have been able to resolve at least nine of those problems helping the viewers switch from anthem to another insurer so they could find a doctor or keep a doctor. But when we checked today, many of their mistakenly listed doctors remain on anthems list even though we personally informed anthem of the mistakes. And since open enrollment is over people can no longer switch insurers if they feel they are the victim of a doctor baitandswitch so theres no recourse. Anthem wouldnt comment on what it will do for those people but contends its lists are now 99 accurate. Tonight the department of managed care says its now checking for inaccuracies on the version of anthems list that was filed with the state. But keep in mind, we have been notifying the dmhc of inaccuracies almost every time we notify anthem and the list remains inaccurate. Dmhc asks that you contact them if you find inaccuracies. We have mostly sunny skies right now and its windy, gusts up to 38 miles an hour at sfo as we look at the expanse of ocean beach, you can see the camera being shaken around by those fierce winds coming in off the pacific. On the other hand, theres not much in the way of low cloudiness out there because the winds mixed out the marine layer so right now all of the numbers are within a degree of 60. Oakland, livermore, concord, walnut creek, and if we look at the wind speeds, you know, its the winds are lighter up in the mountains than they are on the surface because the blue indicates lighter winds that you come down on the plains of the bay shoreline and all the way up to the north bay and central valley. Its gusting to 30 miles an hour or so in spots. Like at napa, 24 miles an hour. At Travis Air Force base 21 miles an hour. But they will ease up as highs and lows that are out in the pacific finally begin to get away from each other and the gradients relax and so do the winds. Tomorrow afternoon the numbers up to 69 degrees inland right around the bay at 66 degrees. And its going to be even warmer on thursday. But dont be lulled into a false sense of security. Theres going to be more rain coming into the bay area on friday, no big deal but nevertheless we should get wet again on friday. Gusty winds that have been around with us today will ease up a little bit tonight. Then tomorrow, a high begins to build in gently.
