Lets check the roads with elizabeth. I mentioned two incidents along 580. One is approaching grant line. Motorcycle accident blocking the slow lane and then earlier we got reports of wood pallets in the road that was westbound 580 closer to North Livermore avenue. Theres the latest tweet from kcbs traffic. You can see two separate delays going on so once you get over that bump of that motorcycle accident, this is the Altamont Pass, then youre going to be hit with more slowdowns on the approach to North Livermore until they get that debris completely cleared. So both of those incidents are slowing down the drive time to about 25 minutes between the Altamont Pass and the dublin interchange. Also, just another reminder northbound 280 closes that stretch of that extension from 101 to king tonight at about 9 00. That is your latest kcbs traffic. Back to you guys. All right. Kpix 5s mark sayre live at at t park this morning and mark, it seems like the jurors are really taking their time in this case. Reporter its been more than two days of deliberations in this civil trial. Today bryan stows parents are speaking about what will happen to brian if they lose their bid to have the dodgers and its former owner pay his medical bills. They are now speaking out. They have accused Frank Mccourt of negligence for not providing enough security at the stadium in march 2011 when their son was severely beaten. At stake is money for his medical care for the rest of his life and compensation for pain and suffering. The parents arent minimizing whats at stake. Dave and i talked about this last night. That if we dont get anything, we are going to have to look at maybe cutting out brians nighttime care and taking care of brian ourselves getting him ready for bed and then just keep somebody to two hours in the mornings. Reporter now, the stow family attorneys have asked the jury for 37 million for brians medical tal care. They are also seeking more money for pain and suffering. But attorney dana fox who represents former owner Frank Mccourt told the jury has client has great sympathy for bryan stow but what happened was not mccourts fault. The mccourt legal team says that the fault lies squarely with the two men who have accepted criminal responsibility for that beating and are now in jail. Mark, since Frank Mccourt is no longer the owner he sold the dodgers last year, is the team still liable in the case . Reporter this is a case against both Frank Mccourt and the dodgers both claiming that together they cut security and the security was lax there at Dodger Stadium on opening day. So if the jury finds in favor of the mccourts excuse me, of the stow family, what they have to do is decide how much of the responsibility lies with Frank Mccourt personally versus the dodgers organization. Thats part of what the jury down in l. A. Is deliberating. Okay, mark sayre live over at at t park. Thank you. In business blue chip stocks have never old as high as they will this morning.
