Israel out of tel aviv and a building has collapsed there. At least nine people have been taken to the hospital. We dont know their condition. Emergency crews say another 20 could be missing maybe inside all of that rubble. A crane fell on that building causing it to collapse. However that had not been confirmed yet by police israel.
