The Housing Development was the 4th construction site to go up in flames in oakland and emoryville in just the past year. Earlier today one of two men charged in connection with a deadly stabbing in chicago appeared in court. Andrew warren waived extradition. He is expected to be returned to illinois as soon as possible. He gave up to San Francisco police last friday after a week long manhunt. He was one of two men wanted in connection with the stabbing death of a 26yearold man in a chicago Apartment Building last month. Mr. Warren is agreeable to being sent to chicago. He wants the process to be started. He is presumed innocent. A second suspect was in a relationship with the victim. He gave up last week in oakland. Both men are facing first degree murder charges. Today is day one for the outside lands Music Festival at golden gate park. Its the first of three days of some creative commuting you will have to do.
