The public defender said they needed more time because they were working on unrelated cases, and now it is up to the judge to decide on whether to agree to delay the trial again or to go forward. Garcia torres has been in jail since his arrest in 2012, and prosecutors say they are ready for the trial. They have dna evidence from the car of Garcia Torres, and his dna is on her clothing. The mother of the fiveyearold and the teenage son made it out of the house in time, but the fiveyearold boy was trapped in the back bedroom. When the fire crew arrived, they found the neighbor that it crawled inside the home with a garden hose trying to douse the flames and search for the little boy. I turned on the hose and postop the mother real good to pull her off. And i could only get about halfway through the living room. Reporter tragically the fiveyearold died by the time the fire crews found him, the mother suffered second and third degree burns and flown to the burn center. Investigators bringing in a trained dog to sniff for evidence and possible signs of arson. The mother told the neighbors that she and the husband argued before the fire, and theyre looking for any connection between the dispute and the fire that broke out yesterday morning. Two people face murder charges in connection with the death of a father from millbrae, and keith green was reported missing and his body was discovered a week and a half ago. We know that over the past weekend, authorities raided this large home behind us in the city of hillsborough. The rate happened early saturday morning, and the s. W. A. T. Team broke through the gate that surrounds the home, and officers heavily armed made their way inside. They eventually arrested tiffany lee, the exgirlfriend of keith green. We have been told that the current boyfriend of lee has also been arrested in connection with the death of keith green, both facing charges of murder and conspiracy to commit murder. You will remember that green was reported missing by his roommate on april 28. A short time later, the hiker found the cell phone of green in the golden gate park. On may 11, his body was found along the highway in sonoma county. Again, the exgirlfriend and the exgirlfriend current boyfriend are now behind bars in the San Mateo County facing murder charges. At home, the police in concord investigating a possible driveby shooting over the weekend.
