The other victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition. 10 bullet holes could be seen on a home near the shooting. Shooting. They tried to pull over the car, the driver lost control and the 19 year old driver and his 18 year old passenger had to be taken out of the car. The left overs, you can find a home for the carcass. It all goes into your compost pail. You can rewash the tray and use it next year. As you are baking your pie, the shells go into the compost. You have to take apart of pie . You serve it to yourself, your last piece for the day, then take your paper towels and wipe it into your kitchen pail. Recycle and reuse the paper towels in your compost. What do you say to people that say, i do not have the time, i will just throw it out. Its easy. Use reusable plates. If there is one thing that you have to get right on thanksgiving, its the turkey. We are live with a fool proof method for cooking the perfect bird. The idea is, you have to buy your bird now. It needs some time. Nothing is worse than a hard turkey on thanksgiving morning. What are you putting in here. This is a cranberry sauce. We have apples and orange zest and sugar. Stir that for me. Okay. I am going to butterfly it and brine it. Its not hard. I am going to demonstrate it. The reason why we butterfly it, we are going to take the back out and open it up. That makes it cook in half the time. We talked about this. There are so many different ways to cook a turkey. What is great about this one, with a regular turkey, people stuff it, its an insulated ball. It ticks five to six hours to cook. This is like the reverse of that. Its a bit of a struggle, you pick out the turkey and you are cutting out the backbone. Use any kind of a knife. Watch your fingers. Its a struggle, it took me about a minute, here we go. Stirring. We get the sauce here. Scrub it in. Okay. When you take out the center and open it up, its easier and faster. We are going to lay it flat on the balking pan. I know this is dramatic. If you have trouble, you want to bend it and see where the movement is. Thats where you are going to cut through, thats intense. Its exciting. I might just give up. There you go, you got it. Then you just open it here and right down the middle, that opens it up a but. This is why i am stirring. Then you can use like a huge zip lock bag, put it in there. Then we are going to brine it, i have some brine we made up earlier. The ingredients are salt and sugar and garlics and onions and herbs and bandy. The brining keeps the turkey juicy, the salt and the sugar, sort of open up the cells and they take in the liquid and is seasons the turkey then when you kok it, it does not dry out as much of the cook it, it does not dry out as much. So i put it in this cooler here rather than in my refrigerator. The morning of thanksgiving, you want to pull out the turkey, giver it a couple of hours. Drain out the brine, you can rinse it or not. Let it warm up. Put it in a 400degree oven, 1012 minutes a pound. Usually its 20 minutes a pound. This is the finished product. I have to take these off. Perfect, can i take this away. Yes.
