Tonight, 2 investigates uncovers new questions about a former chp officer accused of stealing nude pictures of women he pulled over. In an interview you will only see on ktvu channel 2 news, Eric Rasmussen spoke to a woman who was stopped by the officer. Reporter we already knew Shawn Harrington was the officer charged with stealing nude photos from the phones of women he pulled over. He is also the same officer who chose not to check out a deadly car fire when a witness asked for his help back in august. At the time, the chp said the officers could not respond because he and his partner were already busy dealing with a dui just down stone valley road in alamo. They did call in the crash to dispatch. It turns out the suspected drunk driver was another young woman who says harrington also had access to her phone for as much as 90 minutes. His attorney disputes that time line. While there is no evidence he took photos from this particular woman l. Was unexplained data usage on her phone from the time he had access to it. You dont have too much to hide.
