He had been on the run since the attack that killed at least 39 people and left 69 more wounded. At least 16 other people have been arrested in connection with the shooting. A local official said the suspect confessed to carrying out the massive attack after they found his fingerprints to match those of the shooter. And Officials Say noor salman was charged in florida yesterday for aiding and abetting a terrorist organization in the june 2016 attack. Reporter federal Officials Say shes charged with obstruction of justice and aiding and abetting in the attack. They say she had first claimed she tried to talk him out of doing anything violent. But in a long interview with the New York Times in november, she denied knowing what he was up to.
