Exposing himself near a school. Investigators say 35yearold wayne roach exposed himself in his car behind ps134 in the bronx. Roach has been charged with lewdness and driving while intoxicated. The 52yearold worker was inside the store and saw a man pacing outside. They say when he went outside, the suspect began shouting slurs, made antijewish comments, then shouted that he was muslim.
