You talk about this group and we are talking about isis and al qaeda and in the past al qaeda and isis had a rift. Are they coming together . Is this a partnership of convenience to strike out at the west . There is still a rivalry within extremist circles and they disagree with the tactics being pursued in iraq and syria. To the western population which is susceptible to this extremism and radicalization its not that meaningful and that is best illustrated by what happened in france. Searchers pulled back mangled wreckage saturday. They spotted the recorder under a wing near part of the jets engine. The voice recorder is believed to be close by. Both are key to finding out why flight 8501 went down december 28th in bad weather. It is being recovered bit by bit. Seats and skraps of metal. They are looking for more than 100 passengers and crew. In the small village in surabaya they spent the last two weeks by the phone. They found your brother . I think wanting to lose weight and loving your body are not mutually exclusive. They can happen at the same time. Im not ashamed and it doesnt affect my health work. Im not naive to the health risks. Im almost 400 pounds. I know i need to lose weight. I have no desire to ever be thin again. I want to be fit and healthy and happy. What advice do you have for people who are struggling with the same pressure to be in this thin world obsessed world. How do you tell them to conquer the fears . The first thing is that even if you are not fat, you will probably never be thin enough to fit the ideal. If you want to gain confidence is realize that confidence is a product of action and not something that you have inside you or you dont. You have to push out of your comfort zone and have to go past the boundaries and when you start living that way, it feels so good that you want more and more of it.
