The net Hillary Clinton used a personal email account while serving is a potential political problem as she runs in 2016. It plays into the hands of her critics who say the clintons lack transparency and inject politics into everything. According to the times when she served as secretary of state, she used a personal email account for all government business. A possible violation of federal regulations which say that emails of federal officials are government record and must be retained. Archivists and watch dog groups say this is not how its supposed to happen. All officials are supposed to use their government accounts to do government work. Its not clear if her personal account was protected. Some experts said mrs. Clinton allowed her email to be more susceptible. According to senior officials last year the state department asked former secretaries of state dating back to Madeleine Albright to submit records for proper preservation. She had more than 50,000 and last month, the Committee Investigating the response against the attack of the consulate in benghazi asked for some of her emails. Officials said they turned over about 300 and thats when the revelations started to come to light. A spokesperson for clinton would not comment to nbc news and told the New York Times clinton has been complying with the letter and spirit of the rules. The news is already fodder for republicans including jeb bush who released thousands of emails from his time as Florida Governor tweeting transparency matters. Unclassified emails should be released. Its hard when you see it mattering to voters, but it gives a huge opening for them to pound on her as being secretive as trying to hide something. Now just moments ago, a clinton smokes person said this updated comments she used only email on their accounts with every expectation they would be retained with the letter and spirit of the rules. When she was secretary of state, Hillary Clinton used a personal email account to communicate with staffers and Administration Officials and perhaps World Leaders and her aides did not preserve the emails on government servers. Can you give me one good reason why she would have done that . I cant, matt. It is highly unusual. There lots of briefings that you have when you go into the white house about preserving any email that you have making sure its part of your official account. Its something that they are going to have to explain in good measure today and figure out how to get a lot of those emails back. It provides a lay up for critic who is say this is all about a lack of transparency as she prepares for a run in 2016 when you cant go back and look at the emails . No doubt. I think this is another one of the things that the Clinton Campaign such as it is will have to explain. They tell us all too often they are having to fix botched results. 57yearold stephanie wanted to look great in the pictures with her first grandchild. I wanted to just spruce up a little bit. She decided to get botox in livermore, california. While she was there, the staff encouraged her to try other services as well. I did have a little spot on my cheek. A teeny red spot. It was small. Doctor tam wynn said he could get rid of that. He said i would do all three for 200. He was not a licensed dermatologist or plastic surgeon. He is one of the increasing numbers of gynecologists or dentists taking weekend courses to expand their practices. Why . Some say its about money. After graduating from medical school dermatologists must have three years of intense training. You dont learn it on a weekend. We asked about the online biowho said he had lectured at the american act of dermatologist. They say they dont have any record of you lecturing there. Its not a lecture. After the interview and the cease and desist letter from the American Academy of dermatologist, he took down the reference of him lecturing at the conference. As for stephanie, the scar on her face is almost gone but the emotional scars she said remain. Dont make my mistake. Be smart. Do your homework. Check out exactly whats being put into your face. And who is doing it. The doctor said he is not doing it for the money, but to help people and dermatologists are just upset that he and others like him are taking patients away from their business. It was in the middle of winder and we saw each other every day and got close. It was a lot of fun. You were 16 when you shot this and we have a tape on this show when you were 16. I have been a practicing psychiatrist for years. They would come to me and not know whats going on. They were coming to me and asking me which medicine should i take. My friends are taking this and the whole dynamic has changed where more and more women are getting medicated and creating a new normal. They are at odds with the natural and hormonal fluctuations. We were designed to be dynamic and cyclical and moody. Explain what you mean from a medical standpoint that our mood our hormones ebb and flow. They do naturally ebb and flow and they are designed to be adaptive. These are generalities. Not all women. Many women are emotionally receptive and sensitive. We can know what people are feeling and know whether we are in danger. This is a strength. Something adaptive that can help us survive. Its not something to be medicated away. They have good tips and you want to go through a few of them. Have a diet that is heavy on protein and light on carbs. How does that help . You want to do an antiinflammatory diet. If you are an inflammatory state, you are likely to be depressed. It is heavy on vegetables and plants and fruits and nuts and beans. Lean proteins. You try to avoid the bread and pasta and skprisrice and potatoes and inflammation and lead to obesity and depression and irstability. Spend at least 20 minutes every day ask not with sunglasses. You need vitamin d to maker is serotonin. Thats one of the things correlated with feeling happy and relaxed. Low vitamin d levels are more likely to lead to depression. You go at the time from the sun and the sun light has antidepressant effects and used to treat annual affective disorder. A lot of us in the northeast. How much sleep should you get . Somewhere between seven and nine hours. I think between eight and nine. Its a set up for not only depression and irritability and anxiety, but obesity. Try get cardio. We talked about women being overprescribed the medicines and for many, many people they are necessary. How do you know which category you fit . N . There many who need them. If you are depressed more days than not for at least two weeks and it affects your sleep and appetite and energy level, you need to talk to a therapist and you can figure out whether you need a psychiatrist to describe the medicine. The problem is that gps and family practitioners and internists are prescribeing the antidepress ants. Its situational and that can change the way you are living. A good conversation to have. Engineers will be testing soil at intersection in center city in a Building Collapse almost six years ago. The wall fell on to the Salvation Army thrift store at 22nd and market street. A committee hopes to break ground on a memorial at that site on june 5th, the second anniversary of the collapse.
