Brussel sprouts and pork. Its a great combination. It feels like fall. It does. It feels like a fall dish. With this dish, its actually a little bit layered, but its definitely all in one pot. But its a couple different steps. First what we did was seared off the pork with some shallots in hot oil. Then we took it out. You want to let the meat rest. In the same pot to still have that pork flavor, we put in the hafled Brussel Sprouts and put the pork back in here, just to bring it back up to temperature and we also want warm because were going to drizzle a little bit of honey on top, like this. Oh, wow its going to give it a nice sweet dimension to it. Were going to plate this with the pork first. Make sure its a little bit heated when you put it on for a couple reasons. One, it will pour easier and it wont be such a shock. Brussel sprouts excuse me. Brussel sprouts right now are coming in great. Buy them with nice and green and no yellowing whatsoever. Store them in the refrigerator put this on top. Rub these in the honey in the pan for just a quick second before we put a few right there. There you go.
