Were going to take garlic and smear the garlic all over it. And then, now were going to take some cilantro first. And were going to take this pepper sauce and were going to baste it like this. And what we do, 375 degrees. Were going to roast this. And this is what you want to do is do this a day before and let it marinate. In a zipped bag or plastic wrap. And you want to roast this until its like 140, 145 degrees. All the way through. With roasted potatoes. I do oil, salt, and person, toss them, do it with the pork roast. Roast it in the oven. This is what it looked like. Cant do better than that. This is a dish a tribute to my friend, mario batali. This is basically, its a car n carbonara with cauliflower.
