And once we get to a certain place in life you want more than justce you want what you invests in. I wouldnt call it giving back as much as sharing int thattha wealth. So plenty of people out there thatwth really av great. T never say no. Finding those people. E peoe. And were creating jobs in that neighborhood and making amaking visible impact. T. People and investors people that are coming down to have dinner. O they now have have nner. Seen bo example theres a lotu of people committed to invest in the cityh of cleveland and its not just to do goode cici its a real bob what kind of business do youyou when you deal with individuals on the show isn that in your ara of expertise or how does that work . Thats kind of funny because bec throughout the process weve been filming for six months now we all kind of hamod a specificc business we wanted to work with. Youll find out that sometimes it doesnt always work out. T it turns into. Okay. Wet the businesses that you work witht what kind of advice do yu give i think it goes back to sort of the original question why do wee do the show. O for me i feel disconnect and theye came from being aeing a dishwasher to in empire of overv 208 people and books and that and i0 found when youre making the leap fromk a great maker and an owner in having employee is theres not a lot of help out there. My inspiration was helping people learn from the mistakessi my ins made something that make thatha leap and focused energy and time and will tafke the other stuff off your plate. Another thing i think important to point out that we werent focused on startup businesses. These are people were in the second third year of what theyre doing and the ready for oaint out thopere inre doing. Very few people investing moneyn at that level. V mostly looking at startups people with dreams and ideas. S. This is beyond a dream and idea stage this is people proven they can execute. E and those other ones that you will see will be winning less andoo theres plenty of those ot there every contestant on this show knows how toesta hustle.
