police are searching for a man that tackled an 1-year-old woman near johns hopkins and tried to rape her. it happened at around 6:00 last night. a man walked up to two girls at a park at greenway and university parkway, and exposed himself. the girls ran away , the man tackled an 1 year old and tried to sexually assault her. the victim deposit away and working with police to create a composite sketch. call the northern district at 410-396-2455. dna evidence helped county police make an arrest in a murder case that's more than ten years old. in april of 2000, heidi was found dead inside her dundalk home, strangled and throat cut. using dna collected, detectives matched to it a sample in the data base and able to tracked charles bennett to greeley, colorado. he is facing murder charges. utah doctor facing charges in a botched abortion in maryland is out on bail tonight. dr. riley was extradited on thursday and posted a $300,000 bail today. riley faces murder charges for alleged role in a 2010 abortion that killed an 18-year-old woman inside a clinic. priers say instead of -- prosecutors say instead of calling 911, she drove the woman to the hospital. new information tonight in the last hour on the fire in cumberland that killed two young girls. investigators released the names of the children, 7-year- old page ford and her 4-year- old sister, died in the row home on harrison street the mother survived along with an 8- month-old baby boy and four others. six firefighters were treated and expected to be okay. american red cross are helping the family who can't return home tonight. a baltimore city police officer was involved in a crash in the be 200 block of garrison, the cruiser was following what appeared to be an armed man. the crash was minor. no word if arrests were made. for the latest on plans for steel workers laid off last month. rg broke the silence pledging to bring the workers back next week. as jeff hager tell us, it spoke of the state's silence, as the ceo revealed how close the company had come to shunning down the furnace for good if not for a last ditch appeal. >> we need help. we need everything that the government and labor can bring to help save rg steel. >> rg purchased 3 steel mills in march for $750 million. it couldn't have happened at a worst time. the price of iron soared and the price of steel plummeted. maryland's top politicians announced the banks it's worth saving and the efforts paid off. >> a line of credit has been secured to allow rg to fire up the furnace again and get our steel workers back to work at sparrows point. >> with the price of steel expected to climb this year, rg steel says the investment may pay off with more hire, more business, and more stability for the company in the years to come.
