That dog, she believes was electrocuted on the very property that she lives. She says that theres been a listserv for property, for residents that has been going og and in the listserv since about july. The Management Company did address the issue via email to the residents sending t first their condolences to the family, and then added there wae not exposed a wire. And the neighbors contend that they are part of a listserv and this has been going on back and forth since the summer with the Management Company addressing what they consider an issue because they say am people have said their dogs when they walk through this area has no caution tape in the past. It melts really rapidly and that water gets underneath the pavement. It causes the cracks which then forms the pothole. You then put on top of that rapid melt, the freezing cold temperatures again and then everything locks up. Anyway thats what were dealinw with out here. E h we were able to talk to the gentleman whose car did hit one of the potholes on north capital. Heres what he had to same i was on my i hit this pothole. I have two flats. This is ridiculous. I work in d. C. At Washington Hospital center. That just happened. Thats ridiculous. That guy that went over the pothole. You have to pay your, taxes. You drive in d. C. , they dont take care of the roads. Just tonight going from north, north capital street, there were several potholes. I had to really be careful oful the car in front of me was slowing down so i noticed why he or she was slowing down was because of the potholes. Back out here life, that t woman was the one who tipped uss off to the potholes here on north capital street so thanks to her for letting us know and letting every else know.
