A woman grabbed and attacked from behind in falls church, virginia in bod daylight. Police believe a serial groper has struck again. His attacks are getting more dangerous and putting women on edge. Melanie alnwick is live in falls church with the details. Reporter good morning. There has been an attack of this nature nearly every week since september 7th and police do consider them to be sexual assaults. Most of the incidents did happen in the spring feel area but now it appears that the suspect may have moved on to falls church as well. So police are now comparing the descriptions that the victims have given them of the suspect. In several cases, he was wearing a tshirt, jeans and a red baseball cap. The latest incident last friday in falls church. A woman pushing a baby in a controller is distract because she is talking on her cell phone actually man grabs her from behind and gropes her forcefully. Stunned and terrified, she manages to scream for help and man runs away. The springfield assault took place between september 7th and october 2nd. Three of the victims were teenaged girls, one as young as 15. All of them were grabbed from behind as this 17yearold was attacked at 9 00 in the morning. Somebody came behind me and start to touch me. I never met this guy before. I never saw him. The guy keep touching me for five seconds, around that. So i push him back and i had time to look at him and i saw his face but he was wearing glasses and a red hat. He started running away towards the school. Reporter according to witnesses, the suspect, the descriptions do seem to be similar. They say he is 5 6 hispanic with a immediate dwrowm dark complexion and short hair. They described him as skinny. Hispanic with a medium to dark complexion and short hair. Some of these victims came forward after other incidents were reported and police were canvassing neighborhoods.
