And this particular drill is unique from lets say other ones. What we found and what what we learned over the years is thattist not only about victims. But its about their families. And the families tend to come to airport and want to find out information, want to find out one. What we will practice is having a central staging area for those folks so they can get the information as quickly as possible and as soon as we have the information theyll have the information. I see, some people walking in now. I guess they are the First Responders. Talk to about play by play about whats expected to happen here. Identifying the victims and ar trying, identifying the extent of their injuries. Some of the these victims, that they all have cards on them. Some of them are actually dead. Some of them are very seriously some of them are not injured at all. Based on whats on their card, the First Responders will do the appropriate action at that point. And gosh, just from sounds of it kind of giving me chills because thank you, joe. Really as real as you can make it out to be. They are screaming they are acting they are supposed to act like victims. They are the grandfather of the whole exercise world says you have to feel muscle fatigue by about 12 reps. If you are talking about strength training. So going to 15 or 20 isnt necessarily a better or worse. That you real answer stay in middle of road body has to be confused if youre doing same thing every expecting new result isnt that insanity . Because they have tremendous amount of leaning forward which shows me that they have weak core or weak inner thighs. So the squat isnt the answer either. Maybe isolation exercise that leads up to squat. What about stretching, do you do that . Thats an important part Weight Management and exercise. Isnt it . We talked about stretching many times. Theres two types one stat is and thats the one that feels good. But theres also one thats so called called dynamic which means your body is moving through range of motion. Could that be yoga . Maybe. But when you warming up, in yoga in exercise pattern the dynamic warm up is one to start with. Finish your work out with the static stretching. So again, not one answer. Dynamic to warm up static at the end i want to go back to a squat. Okay. Because i you if you agree or disagree that a squat is great overall exercise a squat is great exercise to movie many joints at one time. Joints are where muscles are connected. Many joints, many muscles, high calorie. But, it doesnt always safe and effective if the client if you will or the member has weak core or inner thighs. If we see this trend continue, these workers to move boxes that are filling, you know if were not buying stuff you dont need too fill boxes or move them, right .
