Reporter we are in south san jose at the scene of a quadruple fatal crash. It appears alcohol was involved. Still an active scene on highway 85 southbound. The driver somehow lost control and the suv rolled over several times and it came to a rest on its wheels. Three male passengers died and a woman was taken to the hospital, where she died later in the night. One of the passengers was actually ejected and the remains were found a short distance away.
