TUD board votes 3-2 to increase water, sewer rates by 38% over next 5 years

The Tuolumne Utilities District Board of Directors voted 3-2 Wednesday to approve publicly-noticed rate increases of 28% for water and 17.8% for sewer for all TUD customers starting after Aug.
