UN shipping agency endorses plan to keep 1.5 degrees within reach after 'relentless lobbying by Pacific'

Pacific islands "relentless" efforts at UN's specialist body on shipping has led to adoption of a new emissions reductions strategy to align the maritime transportation sector to the Paris Agreement 1.5 degrees goal.
