University of Arkansas facility in Fayetteville aims to be high-tech leader in semiconductor fabrication

The University of Arkansas, Fayetteville's new national Multi-User Silicon Carbide Research and Fabrication Facility will be "a magnet for the economic development we seek," according to Alan Mantooth, an electrical engineering professor spearheading the project.
