Valet Parking Approved in Downtown Midland
Parking in downtown Midland is getting easier now that city council has approved valet parking.
According to the Midland Reporter-Telegram, Midland City Council approved leasing out parking spaces on Colorado Street in downtown to be used as valet parking for the businesses in that area.
The parking spaces will be used as a drop off and pick up area and vehicles will be parked in two privately owned parking lots.
Midland Tower owner, Wes Perry, requested leasing the spaces for valet service for the businesses located in his building which includes Opal's Table, Second Story Coworking, and Cancun Grill.
