WHITE RIVER JUNCTION — The incoming Hartford Town Manager will be paid $115,000 a year, according to her contract, which the town released Monday.
Tracy Yarlott-Davis, who begins her term on Feb. 15, will also receive four weeks of paid vacation a year and $7,500 in moving fees as she, her wife and their son leave her hometown of Oakland, Calif. to relocate to Hartford, the contract said. In addition to salary and benefits, the town will give Yarlott-Davis a car or reimburse her for mileage.
The three-year contract also states that Yarlott-Davis will be subject to an evaluation 90 days after she takes office, and each year after that. Selectboard members will review her evaluations yearly.
