In preparing for the next pandemic most of the things we are likely to do in Canada will be mitigation measures.
That’s because while future pandemics — as well as a wide range of natural disasters — are unavoidable, that doesn’t mean we have to live through the worst-case scenarios, or that the worst cases cannot be improved.
