Windows 11 Beta Build 22623.730 (KB5017385) comes with Tablet-optimized taskbar

Microsoft has changed the numbering system for the features enabled Beta Channel build to 22623, and introduced a couple of new features with the taskbar and system tray for some Insiders to test.
