A Byesville woman was arrested by Guernsey County Sheriff's Office deputies Tuesday night at a Cambridge area residence just hours after suffering an apparent overdose at the same property.
Denise R. Miller, 34, is facing a single count of aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony, filed by detectives Wednesday.
Miller remained incarcerated in the Guernsey County jail on a $10,000 bond with no 10% allowed set during an arraignment hearing Thursday. A preliminary hearing was also scheduled for April 23 in the Cambridge Municipal Court.
Deputies reported that Miller was taken away by ambulance after suffering an apparent overdose, but later returned with a variety of suspected illegal narcotics after being released from Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center, where she was taken for treatment.
