Ottawa has 46 recorded new cases of COVID-19 but no deaths.
Western Quebec is reporting 21 new cases and one new death.

Ottawa Public Health (OPH) is reporting 46 new cases of COVID-19 Saturday and has declared 52 more cases resolved.
The capital remains in the orange zone on Ontario s pandemic scale. Public health officials consider the situation stable.

Public Health is reporting that the seven-day case count per 100,000 people is down to 16.
Meanwhile, the number of new cases identified in Northumberland County continues to grow.
Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge District Health Unit is reporting five new cases, while four people have recovered.
The total number of active COVID-19 cases in the county is at 45.
Both regions remain in the yellow zone under the province’s COVID-19 Response Framework.
The province says that Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox, and Addington Public Health will be moving up to the orange level on Monday.
OTTAWA Ottawa Public Health says there are currently no patients in Ottawa ICUs with COVID-19 complications. The latest update from OPH on Saturday shows 20 hospitalized patients in the city, but zero in any intensive care unit. OPH reported 46 more people in the city have tested positive for COVID-19, but the number of people with active cases went down slightly. Ontario health officials confirmed 2,357 new cases of COVID-19 on Saturday along with 27 new deaths. 1,865 recoveries have also been reported. Public Health Ontario reported 40 new cases in Ottawa. Daily updates from Ottawa Public Health have differed from Public Health Ontario s figures.
OTTAWA Hastings Prince Edward Public Health says anyone who went to the Royal Canadian Legion branch in Wellington, ON between Nov. 30 and Dec. 18 is at risk for COVID-19. In a media release on Saturday, the health unit for Belleville and the surrounding region said two cases of COVID-19 linked to the Wellington Legion have been confirmed and contact tracing is underway. While HPEPH is in the process of completing a thorough investigation, at this time all individuals who attended the Legion between November 30 – December 18 are currently considered to have potential high-risk exposure, the health unit said.
