Garmin has just launched a new addition to its fitness-watch range in the shape of the Enduro, a super-charged wearable aimed at the ultra-athletes of the world.
Designed as an upgrade to the Fenix series, the Enduro has a tonne of features to help you track long-distance running, hiking and endurance exercises.
Starting at £699.99, the Enduro is among the more expensive watches from the fitness-tech company, though it is a similar price to its predecessor the Fenix 6. Many baulked when Apple released fitness trackers that cost upwards of £300, but Garmin has built a rugged, durable and advanced watch that can go with you to literally any terrain.

Phytic acid is a substance found in seeds, nuts, grains, and legumes
It s known in some circles as an antinutrient because it binds to minerals like magnesium, iron, and zinc, thus preventing your digestive tract from absorbing them

Beans tend to get a bad rap. If it’s not school kids associating them with farts, it’s health bloggers freaking out over the fact that beans contain phytic acid, a substance that is also found in grains, nuts, and legumes which is commonly labeled an “anti-nutrient.”

It’s a heart-rhythm disorder that increases your risk of a stroke or heart failure, and it’s killing nearly 40 percent more Americans (especially Black men) than it did just two decades ago.
