HICKMAN COUNTY, Ky. (KFVS) - Allen S. Collie, of Hickman County, has been arrested and charged with with 99 counts of possession of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance and distribution of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance.
Collie was arrested during an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation.
The KSP Electronic Crime Branch began the investigation after they discovered Collie sharing images of child pornography online.
A search warrant was executed a home in Clinton, Ky. on January 21, 2021.

KEAVY â The Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch arrested Kody Wayne Mullins, 19, on charges related to child sexual abuse material.
Mullins was arrested as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) investigation. The KSP Electronic Crime Branch began the investigation after discovering the suspect directing a juvenile to send him sexually explicit images of her online.
The investigation resulted in the execution of a search warrant at a residence in Keavy on Thursday. Equipment used to facilitate the crime was seized and taken to KSPâs forensic laboratory for examination.
The investigation is ongoing.

Kody Wayne Mullins, 19, was arrested at a residence in Keavy.
According to a press release from the Kentucky State Police, “The investigation resulted in the execution of a search warrant at a residence in Keavy on January 21, 2021. Equipment used to facilitate the crime was seized and taken to KSP’s forensic laboratory for examination.”

Mullins was charged with three counts of possessing matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance, one count of prohibited use of an electronic communication system to procure a minor (Class-D felonies punishable by one to five years in prison), and one count of promoting a minor under the age of 16 in a sexual performance (Class-B felony punishable by ten to twenty years in prison).

Investigators searched a 72-year-old Bloomingdale man s residence and charged him with multiple felonies Wednesday after a complaint that he was having sexually explicit conversations with a 14-year-old from Glenview, authorities said.
Alan Lee Sisson, who lives on the 0-100 block of Fontaine Court in Bloomingdale, was arrested without incident at 7 a.m. and charged with involuntary sexual servitude of a minor, child pornography in video and still images, grooming and indecent solicitation of a minor, according to a news release from the Glenview Police Department.
