These differences include race/ethnicity, country of origin, sex, income and disability. Minorities are disproportionately affected by diabetes and COVID-19 and are more likely to develop serious complications like diabetic ketoacidosis, a condition that occurs when your body produces high levels of blood acids.

Services for Quinton Airhart will be held Sunday, December 27. The family will attend a private burial at 1 PM. A memorial service will be held at 3 PM in the front yard of the Airhart Homestead. Arrangements are under the direction of Branon Funeral Home.
Quinton Elonzo Airhart was born February 15, 1941 to J.E. and Pearl Airhart. He was the fourth of six children and grew up in the Sparenburg community. Quinton was baptized at an early age in the Sparenburg Baptist Church.
He graduated from Klondike High School, where he met the love of his life, Sharon Vogler Airhart. They were married June 10, 1960 and were married 57 wonderful years until Sharon passed in 2018. They spent the first years of their life together living in the Knott community and farming cotton. They were members of the Knott Riding Club, where he and Sharon taught their daughters Elonna, Roxanne and Shelby the importance of community and developed thei
