Uttarakhand government seeks suggestions from people for state budget ANI | Updated: Jan 11, 2021 23:50 IST
Dehradun (Uttarakhand) [India], January 11 (ANI): Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat has urged people to give their suggestions for the state budget.
Rawat said that every section of the society will be kept in mind while finalising the budget and people should give their suggestions under Aapka Budget, Aapke Sujhav (Your budget, your suggestions) initiative.
People can give their suggestions for the 2021-22 budget till January 20. These can be given on the website of the Directorate of Fiscal Planning and Resources. (ANI)

New Delhi: Over 400 panchayat representatives will be introduced to functioning of Parliament and democratic principles and ethos at an outreach programme to be attended by Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla in Dehradun on Friday. Uttarakhand CM approves Rs 100 crore for development works ANI | Updated: Jan 07, 2021 23:18 IST
Dehradun (Uttarakhand) [India], January 7 (ANI): Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat has approved about Rs 100 crore for proposals relating to different departments including home, drinking water and sanitation, women empowerment and child development, secondary education and agriculture.
An official release said the Chief Minister has given financial approval of Rs 20 lakh for the proposal of Home Department for purchase of vehicles.
It said Rs 114.92 lakh has been approved for solid waste Infrastructure (collection and transportation) to Muni ki Reti Municipality.
The release said it has been agreed to release an amount of Rs 5.50 crore and Rs 6 crore for maintenance works of pumping and urban drinking water schemes respectively. (ANI)

In a tweet, Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat said he is very sad to hear about the remarks made against Indira Hridayesh and will personally call her to apologise for it.
