Suspect, 19, charged with receiving stolen property

A South 10th Street resident is facing a felony charge after police arrested him while driving a vehicle reported stolen from outside a Wheeling Avenue store in downtown Cambridge.
Investigators charged Eian R. Fair, 19, with one count of receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony, after he was stopped on Dewey Avenue just minutes after the vehicle was taken.
The vehicle had reportedly been left unattended with the engine running prior to being stolen.
According to Cambridge Police reports, the vehicle owner discovered her car was missing at approximately 6:45 p.m. Thursday after exiting the store.
