Man accused of firing into crowd in Kensington dies after being shot by officers, police say
Philadelphia police shot and killed a man who allegedly fired shots into a crowd in Kensington Thursday night.
NORTH PHILADELPHIA - Philadelphia police say a man accused of firing into a crowd during a large fight has died after being shot by officers in Kensington.
It happened on the 3000 block of North Water Street around 6:30 p.m. Thursday.
According to police, people were bumping into the officers cars as they began to attempt to break up the fight.
