(KGTV) Drugs, guns, and cash was seized after San Diego County Sheriff s Special Enforcement Detail served a search warrant Friday on an illegal marijuana dispensary in the North County. The warrant was served about 7 a.m. on the 3100 block of Rainbow Valley Boulevard in Rainbow, according to sheriff s officials. Authorities found about 117 pounds of marijuana, 195 pounds of Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and vape products, 333 pounds of THC-infused edibles, 256 THC-infused drinks, three guns, one ballistic vest, and $24,155 in cash.

(KGTV) A man was taken into custody and a woman was hurt in a deputy-involved shooting that took place after deputies responded to a domestic incident on the Barona Indian Reservation. San Diego County Sheriff’s Department officials said deputies were called to the 4000 block of Capitan Grande, just north of Lakeside, regarding an incident involving a man and woman at around 8:20 p.m. Sunday. Officials said: “When deputies arrived, they were speaking with the woman when her boyfriend, [23-year-old] Gianni Oliver, emerged and started shooting at the deputies. The confrontation resulted in one sergeant and four deputies shooting at Oliver. After a short standoff, Oliver surrendered to deputies assigned to the Special Enforcement Detail.”
